Slow delivery and poor customer services
The website said UK orders were delivered from the Netherlands in around 4 day. When the order was placed there was a free shipping option and for a fee, an expedited shipping. I opted for the expedited shipping. 2 weeks later the order finally arrived having been dispatched from China instead of the Netherlands. This was queried with customer services who were particularly unhelpful. I also requested the expedited charge be refunded as 2 weeks instead of 4 days does not count as expedited in my books. Customer services response today confirmed the website needed to be updated with the China shipping and that they no longer offered a free shipping option on the type of order I placed so they couldn’t refund the expedited delivery charge.
In the Uk they use Evri known to be the worst delivery company and they did themselves proud on 3 days saying the order was out for delivery and the ‘oops we made a mistake and we are trying to work out where your order is’.
The product itself is mediocre.
Based on my experiences I will never order from this company again and would advise others to do the same.

I bought some BoxR underwear—my first purchase was a pack of 5. I’ve put them to the test, including while cycling; they are very well-made and keep everything in place. That’s why I went back and bought another 10. The only thing I’m wondering about is their durability—I can’t verify that yet, but after the first wash, they still look brand new.

Happy with the delivery product ok
Happy with the delivery, but my waist was well inside the large, but the fit of short boxes is so uncomfortable and the longer ones are fine on legs but so damn tight on the bum area.
