Great shorts TERRIBLE service. Subscription for underwear?? That means 12€ per PAIR. That’s craaaazy expensive for underwear. I wish I could just buy a normal pack of three for that price. The underwear itself are actually good, my balls always chafe and these ones stay elastic on the cr0tch and haven’t worn out yet so it’s too bad you can’t just purchase them like normal…

Sent a faulty product, asked for refund, they decided to just send another pair of boxers, wont give me refund and have now had to contact bank for charge back, they are now bullying and harrasing me with emails.

I subscribe and I got one and I want to cancel it I didn’t like it than I canceled my subscription and they still sending me the boxer and charging me for that I aaki them they said when we cancel next 30 days still in active I don’t want mean I don’t want right how can they send me and force me to pay

Do NOT subscribe to ON THAT ASS. It is an absolute scam designed to trap you in an endless loop of unauthorised charges.

I attempted to cancel my membership all the way back in April, yet they have deliberately ignored my requests and continued to illegally raid my bank account month after month.

Their entire system is built on consumer deception. When you try to cancel, they block your dashboard and lock the cancellation button, claiming you "must pay an outstanding fee prior to cancelling." But because you are already paid up, there is no way to pay it, forcing you into a permanent billing trap.

I have already successfully cancelled my subscription on 29 April 2026 at 10:56 - assisted by Oumaima which was handled professionally and politely.

At the start of an ON THAT ASS membership, we give you a free trial design and a 14-day trial period. If you do not want to continue the membership, you can close it 7 days after registration. After the trial period or in an active membership, we always apply one month's notice period.

The final payment will be debited in April and the final delivery is in May. After that, the account will be closed completely.

These dates were confirmed via email.

When I emailed customer support to demand a fix, agents like "Myriam" just send back cold, automated, copy-pasted responses refusing to help. Dated 16/07/2026 at 20:20

As you cancelled outside of the trial period, a one month notice period will be applied, which is why you currently have an outstanding payment.
To cancel your membership, there is no need to return a package. You can do it directly through your portal, which wasn't done in time. Therefore, in this case, we cannot make an exception.

They hide behind a predatory "one-month notice period" clause to squeeze more money out of people who explicitly withdrew their consent months ago.

They do not care about customer service; they only care about stealing your money through forced compliance.

If you are considering trying their "free trial," RUN AWAY. They will make it impossible to opt-out, block your portal, and force you to get your bank involved just to stop the bleeding. Save your sanity and your money—stay far away from this dishonest company!

I first subscribed after apparently getting a “free” boxer from vinted and expecting to cancel the subscription the second I get my free boxer to not pay for the real subscription (what Vinted and the website promised me) turns out the 7days shipping turned into 2 month just to get the free one , witch I honestly didn’t mind , except for when I first realised they were now performing that 13€ payments before I even got my free boxer, when I tried to cancel my subscription they told me I needed to wait until I get the supposedly free boxer to cancel it ,the problem being that I just only received the free boxer ! 2month later ! I cancelled it the second I saw the package in my mail only to wake up to a 13€ payment from “on that ass”… I never even wanted that subscription and ended up paying about 40€ in total , to be completely honest I hate them with my guts and want my money back

I love the pants so I had two active subscriptions until I had enough pants. I cancelled the other subscription (or membership) and still continued to receive two packages per month, as well as two charges. When logging in to their web sites, I could see two active memberships. I contacted the customer service and they said they don't see two active memberships for me and asked me to send proof of cancellation. I sent the screenshot that I had taken with my phone and they replied that they can't open the picture. I feel very frustrated having to proof that I've been charged twice. They should be able to see everything in their system. I'm beginning to feel like I'm being pranked.

Also, although the pants are very nice quality, the brawlettes are horrible and I've had to throw all of them. Tried to ask them not to send me any brawletters, they said it's not possible to prevent them from coming. What a waste!

A complete scam cannot cancel subscription as telephone number and email don’t exist and account access is not possible le they keep taking money from your bank and send rubbish goods as you can’t stop it . Avoid

Unlike most people in the reviews, I did actually receive the products quite fast. However, the quality is horrible, especially for the bralette. Incredibly cheap fabric and no support at all, I’ve had better bras from Shein. Both the underwear and the bralette are made of cheap, e fabric. Stay away

Ladies underwear is flimsy and the lining ends up falling apart after a few uses. The logo also comes off in the wash despite only washing at 40degrees. The bralettes are awful. Do not offer any support what so ever. Just a thin strap with two cups.
Men’s boxers are made better and even patterned. However they give my partner skin burns from how they cut into his thighs as they fit nicely on the waist but cut into his thighs.

Arrived to my address as promised. Item in excellent condition. Very comfortable. Good quality material. Well satisfied.

The pants are not comfortable - they are tight and elasticated where they shouldn't be. As a bloke I absolutely hate them, but my daughter-in-law loves hers.

I have one pair open and tried, and the other 3 pairs are unopened - it's not even worth opening them, but I was forced into buying through their misleading selling techniques.

It is good quality material, nice color but the distance between sides of the bra is too big and doesn't look good on me. Sorry
