Ameet Shah shared this🏔️ Last week, the EMEA Customer Success team swapped inboxes for the Scottish Highlands. We spent three days at Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort in #Perthshire for our CSM Team offsite - and if there's one thing this team needed, it was permission to actually stop for a minute. We move at speed for our customers, every single day. So every now and then, it's worth pausing - properly pausing - to think, reconnect, and come back sharper. That's exactly what this week gave us. Firstly, a huge thank you to the team at Crieff Hydro: Katie Speirits, Robyn Duffy MCIM and Lorraine Garvie - for the warm hospitality, incredible facilities and for joining us for a Q&A where we got a genuine look behind the check-in desk: how they think about #crm and #marketing, what's on their priority list for the year ahead, how they make decisions on their tech stack, and where Klaviyo fits into their business. What we came away with: The biggest shift in front of us right now isn't a single feature - it's the shift in the technology itself, and our job is to inspire customers embrace it, not just adopt it. We got hands-on with where Klaviyo is headed: Composer: (https://lnkd.in/ezCUAXKQ) Combined with Customer Agent (https://lnkd.in/e_Dzsing) and K-Social (https://lnkd.in/eGuVgvz5) is a game changer for marketers. Huge thanks to Clementina Angelino for expertly guiding us through this narrative. We practiced exactly what we're asking our customers to do: bringing every stakeholder along on that journey, not just the ones already bought in. Because the win isn't rolling out new technology for its own sake - it's the value and real impact it unlocks across their marketing and CRM activities. Beyond the sessions, Perthshire gave us a proper reset - a team hike in the hills up to The Knock, some fiercely competitive but very fun Highland Games, and an early morning yoga session that may or may not have involved a few sore legs (and maybe heads!) from the day before. None of this happens without the people behind the scenes - Alyson Sturgess, Chioma Anokuru, Matilde Trindade and Fareed Albahra - thank you for the months of preparation! And to the whole team who showed up, leaned in, and made it what it was: Jonathan Schradi James Lonsdale Fareed Albahra Steven Bonnard Lisa O'Connor Charly Puttock Sophie Sherley-Dale Sofia Dr. Nastri BVMSci fCMgr MRCVS Andrei Gazdac Carola Pareja Matilde Trindade Denise Zimmermann Chioma Anokuru Ajit B. Ameet Shah shared thisThere are moments in Customer Success that remind you why this role is so rewarding. Last week at K:LDN was one of them. It was an incredible opportunity to celebrate the launch of Composer: game-changing innovation that will help marketers and CRM teams create smarter, faster and more impactful customer experiences using AI. What excites me most about Composer, and the broader vision with Klaviyo's AI innovations including Customer Agent, is that they're designed to amplify marketers, not replace them. By removing complexity and accelerating execution, we're giving teams more time to focus on strategy, creativity and building stronger customer relationships. One of the highlights of the event for me was sitting down with Mario Protano from Clarks to discuss their Klaviyo journey. As someone who's been wearing Clarks shoes since an early age, this was pretty cool! Mario, thank you for your partnership, collaboration and openness in sharing Clarks' story. It's a privilege to work alongside leaders who are committed to pushing boundaries and continually raising the bar for customer experience. Conversations like ours are a reminder that the best outcomes come from true partnership, where technology and customer ambition come together. Leading Customer Success across EMEA for Klaviyo, I'm incredibly proud of what our customers are achieving and equally proud of the teams across Klaviyo who continue to innovate with our customers at the heart of everything we build. The future of marketing isn't just AI-powered, it's customer-powered. And with innovations like Composer, we're giving marketers the tools to create experiences that are more relevant, more personal and more effective than ever before. Thank you to everyone who made K:LDN such a memorable event. I can't wait to see what our customers build next. #Klaviyo #KLDN #Composer #CustomerSuccess #AI #CustomerExperience #CRM #MarketingInnovation #EMEA

Ameet Shah shared thisOne thing I hear constantly from our customers in EMEA: "We have the data. We just don't have the time to turn it into action." That's exactly what makes this exciting. Klaviyo has expanded our integration with Anthropic, and for the customer teams we work with, this is less about #AI capability and more about speed to results. By connecting Klaviyo's MCP server to #Claude, marketers can now pull their Klaviyo data, reason across it, and get finished outputs: briefs, audits, campaign assets - that are ready to review and ship. Not prompts. Not ideas. Finished work. The difference? It's grounded in their customer data, not generic templates. That means the output is actually usable. If you're a Klaviyo customer and want to understand what this unlocks for your team, drop me a message - always happy to dig in Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eg6E4Ncb

The energy in the room was fantastic and it was a privilege to represent Klaviyo and support the #wearetala Insiders success story. If you missed it, we unpicked the process behind keeping a loyal community of customers, while scaling at an incredibly fast rate. Prioritizing the customer experience is imperative to the credibility of any brand, and it pays off. Hats off to Jenny Ashfield who's doing amazing work at TALA, her approach to CRM and the customer life cycle is inspired 👏 Honorary shout out to the mic guy who's name was actually Mike, which set me off for a great mood during the talk!

Ameet Shah liked thisAmeet Shah liked thisafter a rejuvenating vacation week, i'm finally reflecting on our fifth annual Champion Summit in Boston and #KBOS26. (or, more honestly, the photos finally came back.) about 55 Klaviyo Champions flew in from around the world for a day of collaboration, product feedback, and community building. ⏪ 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 four Champions took the stage for our strategy showcase with real results from their own businesses: Ashley Kick grew her list 36% while lifting open rate 21% YoY with personalized send time. Bea Doheny used Composer to prove educational content beats promotional content on clicks and conversion. Stefan Milicevic built an AI-assisted QA layer that took his team of three to zero QA incidents across one client with 11 accounts and 18 languages. Natalie Flowers used Klaviyo MCP to turn hours of manual reporting into minutes. then we welcomed Jamie Domenici, Andrew Bialecki, Emily McEvilly, and Elias Torres to the stage to flip our usual Exec AMA on its head: instead of Champions asking questions, our C-suite asked Champions for their feedback. and let me tell you... the room did not hold back. the day closed with Renée Farster-Degenhardt, Lauren McKenzie, and Natasha Lloyd leading our R&D Lab, a full 2.5 hours of hands-on prototyping and roundtable discussions between Champions and the actual teams building Klaviyo's products. the results backed up what the room felt: Champions rated the summit 4.9/5 for overall value, with 89% giving it a perfect score. the quotes told the rest of the story: "our feedback is heard, and previous feedback is being acted on." "this group is super special. it feels like family now." "this is the one time of the year that i look forward to the most, maybe only second to christmas." that right there is literally the whole point. 🎬 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 i (sort of) got to meet Gwyneth Paltrow, CEO of goop and Klaviyo customer. i sat in the Director's chair and filmed interviews with superstars like Jemma Sears, Elizabeth Hayes, Hilary Castleman, Zak Cassady-Dorion, Marta M., Johan Nyberg, Locke Fitzpatrick, and Justin Parker. (spoiler: the most common word they used to describe the champions program? fun.) i discovered i am very passionate about proper punching technique after a couple margaritas. if i took anything from this, it's that community is still the most underrated growth lever we have. there's something almost magic about putting the right people in a room together. ideas move faster. trust builds faster. and problems get solved that no dashboard could catch. advocacy doesn't always show up on a spreadsheet, but it's one of the most powerful engines behind real business impact. to every champion who flew in, showed up, and gave us your honest thinking: thank you. this program exists because of you. and it gets better every year because you tell us how. 'till next year. 📣 🤍

Ameet Shah liked thisAmeet Shah liked thisEarlier this month, I decided to wrap up my time as SVP of Product at Klaviyo. I'm proud of what our team shipped. Most recently that was Klaviyo Headless, which opens the entire platform to AI agents with 260+ MCP tools and 490+ APIs you can use from Claude, ChatGPT, Composer, Customer Agent, or your own agents. Alongside it, we launched SQL in the Klaviyo Data Platform so agents and marketers can get value out of all the data Klaviyo holds. We also took mobile messaging well beyond SMS into RCS and WhatsApp, strengthened mobile push, and grew our business with some of the world's largest brands by going deeper into enterprise. I can't say enough good things about my team and feel fortunate to have learned and grown with them. Thank you to the product, engineering and design teams and leaders I worked alongside (Adil Wali who brought me onboard and gave me space to run, Christopher Miller, Amy Peirce, Grant Deken, Drew Kull, Sean Walsh, Jennifer Kessler, Mike Lisavich, Patrick TwomeyPatrick Twomey, Gregory YuGregory Yu, Eric McCall, Ilarie Letca, Liang Zhang, Anand Deb, Feras Karablieh, Surabhi Gupta, Lauren McKenzie, Henry Wu, Renée Farster-Degenhardt Jenna Winn and many more...) and thank you to the fantastic GTM and finance partners like Steve Rowland, NACD.DC Victoria Devins Jamie Domenici Kelly Haut Thacker Mike Quigley Ben Jackson Jack Grant and many others who all leaned in to work together to find ways to win. Special thanks to Andrew Bialecki and Ed Hallen. The opportunity to have a front-row seat and work directly with founders as a former founder myself was special. I am also grateful to the customers and partners who pushed us to build better. It was a privilege. I'm taking time to recharge, advise some startups and do some building of my own with AI. In the new year I'll be looking for my next chance to build and scale a business, especially around data, AI, security, and/or hardware. If you're working on something where you think I could be helpful, I'd love to hear from you.

Ameet Shah liked thisAmeet Shah liked thisOne year ago, I walked into Klaviyo HQ in Boston for my very first day. That day feels worlds away and yesterday at the same time. Over the last year, I’ve had the joy of hosting our weekly All Hands, welcoming over 20 customers, partners, and local business leaders into HQ along the way. I've been stretched as a communicator, finding new and creative ways to connect Klaviyos to our mission: to empower creators to own their destiny. And I get to do it alongside some of the kindest, smartest people in the industry, including our badass internal comms team (+ the broader CHEERS team). One year down, only 1% done! Excited for what’s next. #LifeatKlaviyo

If half your sales team is sending outdated content monthly, your enablement stack has a blind spot, not a discipline problem. We pulled the data on where B2B sales content quality actually breaks down. Worth 5 minutes if you run a sales or enablement team.

The challenges sales reps face should never be unorganised, redundant or out-of-date content. This lack of visibility will impact sales cycles and stunt overall growth. This isn’t just theory - I’ve worked with customers dealing with these exact problems… All because of content. It wasn’t marketing's fault. They kept creating what they were told to create. The lack of visibility I mentioned before was the problem. No one knew what was or wasn’t working. Which meant no one could pinpoint where the breakdown was happening. It’s not just about what content is being created, it’s also about how easy that content is for sales reps to find and then what they’re actually doing with it once they have it. If these are the challenges your team is facing, DM me to learn how to overcome them.

Really enjoyed yesterday’s ABM roundtable and the discussion around how we can make enterprise ABM more effective, relevant and scalable. A few themes that stuck with me: 🔹 Intent data only becomes valuable when it changes how and when you engage buyers, rather than simply adding another layer of data to monitor. 🔹 Personalisation can create real value at the account level, but doing it at scale without losing relevance or quality remains a challenge for most teams. 🔹 The ABM tactics that actually drive pipeline are rarely the flashy ones. It’s the fundamentals done consistently that make a real difference. Thanks to Sam for pulling it together, and to Dominic, Vasileios, James, Elliott and Sloan for such insightful perspectives and a great conversation! #ABM #B2BMarketing #GTM
