With the inaugural Enterprise PC Trust Index, IDC continues to deliver perspectives that help organizations navigate the complexities of trust across Security, Privacy, Compliance and ESG. Based on insights from over 1,000 enterprise decision-makers, the study reinforces that trust must be built on tangible, measurable actions, not just concepts. Ross McCulloch liked thisRoss McCulloch liked thisContext is one of the hardest unsolved problems in enterprise AI. Excited to announce that HipAI has joined Tribe to help us solve it. A model can read every policy, contract, and decision a company has on file. It still doesn’t know why a decision was made, when a rule stops applying, or what changed after the document was written. Most of the knowledge of how work gets done lives in people’s heads. Without it, agents stay limited to narrow tasks and ultimately the value will be incremental. When that context stays current, every correction makes the system better and organizational judgment starts to compound. At Tribe, we see this problem across all enterprise workflows. Most AI work gets rebuilt from scratch every time. To meet the market demand, ours needs to compound instead. We exist to help enterprises take bigger swings with AI, and context is what makes those swings possible. We’re going all in on the context layer for enterprise AI and bringing the right people with us. More details 👇

Meetings like these are invaluable in keeping relationships strong, sharing ideas, and working together to drive continuous improvement across the network. 💡📈 It was also fantastic to see the 2015 Volkswagen XL1 up close – a truly remarkable piece of engineering. With only 250 ever produced worldwide, it’s one of the rarest Volkswagens ever made. 🌍✨ Thank you again to everyone involved for a great few days. Looking forward to the next one! 👏

Ross McCulloch liked thisRoss McCulloch liked thisWhom does your EMEA leader report to? Nine times out of ten, the answer is a VP of Sales in the US who has never closed a deal outside North America. Nobody designs this on purpose. It happens because EMEA starts as a region, not a business. One rep, then three, then a country manager, and the whole thing stays plugged into the org chart where it began, under whoever was running sales when the first European deal came in. Then the mismatch shows up in the weekly. Your EMEA lead says the deal will take seven months. His manager hears sandbagging. He says the Betriebsrat has to review it. His manager hears an excuse he has never had to make. He says he needs a German entity, local invoicing and a data centre in Frankfurt before enterprise converts. His manager hears cost, in a quarter where cost is the thing being cut. That is not a communication problem you fix with a better QBR. It is structural. A manager can only evaluate what he has personally lived. Everything else gets graded against the one market he knows, and Europe loses that comparison every time, on the same slide, forever. The companies that get this right do one of two things. They give a European a real seat on the exec team, or they make the US leader spend enough time in market that his instincts stop lying to him. The most common reason a US company fails in Europe is not the product, the pricing or the reps. It is that the person deciding whether Europe is working has never worked there. Where does EMEA sit on your org chart, and whom does that person answer to?

Ross McCulloch liked thisRoss McCulloch liked thisI just noticed a competitor copying me. Same language, same frameworks. All clearly taken from my content. At first, I was p*ssed. Really p*ssed. Then I calmed down and remembered copying is the sincerest form of flattery. The irony is this person almost certainly sells more executive coaching than I do. And yet…they feel the need to copy me. That tells me all I need to know about the substance behind what they do and their conviction in it. They can rehash and repeat what they see on the surface, but they'll never be able to go deep, because they don't understand the thinking and lived experience behind the frameworks. I’ll take my substance over their sales any day. They can print the picture, but they can’t paint it.

Ross McCulloch liked thisRoss McCulloch liked thisJune 1st, 2016. I was with a customer together with Bastian Friedel when we found out: Salesforce acquires Demandware. It’s been a wild decade in the commerce space since that day. We’ve made great decisions, we’ve made bad ones. And being honest, we even lost some traction along the way. But we pivoted and doubled down on our commerce investments. Looking at where we are today, the Commerce portfolio is stronger than ever, our roadmap is filled with innovation, and I couldn't be prouder to be a part of this journey. A massive thank you to our amazing customers, our partners, and the entire Salesforce community who has stood behind Salesforce Commerce in the last decade. The best is yet to come.. ✨ #Salesforce #CommerceCloud #Demandware #ECommerce #Innovation

Post 12/30 🚀 The first time I had to push back on pricing, it felt uncomfortable I worried I’d damage trust I worried I’d lose the account I worried the relationship would change What actually happened: The conversation became more honest Expectations became clearer The relationship improved The customer didn’t push back because of the price They pushed back because they finally understood the value and the boundaries 📈 Customers don’t expect discounts by default They expect clarity, consistency, and fairness When pricing is avoided, tension builds quietly When pricing is addressed early, trust compounds Avoiding pricing conversations creates more risk than having them Clarity is what protects the relationship long term #CustomerSuccess #AccountManagement #PostSalesRevenue #NRR #Retention #Expansion #Pricing #RevenueLeadership

Interesting post ! The strategy of Salesforce behind those recent 3 acquisitions is to be able to reduce frictions in existing processes and legacy applications. ‘Supply chains and backoffices would seem to be rich environments for AI agents. nothing is more antique, point-and-click (if even), tedious and manual than rummaging ERP, Excel, email etc.’
