I recently wrapped up a fun and productive on-site meeting with the OLAPLEX team mapping out their Q4 priorities and BFCM strategy. Huge thanks to Alexandra Alessi Katie Hill Crane Kayla Cariffe for hosting me at their office for the day! ✨ This team is a genuine pleasure to work with - thoughtful, sharp, collaborative, and always thinking of ways to evolve. It's always so rewarding to get out from behind the Zoom screen and spend time in person with Klaviyo customers, building a shared vision of what’s next for their brand. We left this meeting with a clear set of priorities for the upcoming holiday season and plenty of momentum towards their goals- excited to tackle Q4 and beyond with this crew! 🚀

We asked Klaviyos to sum up working here in just one word. Electric. Ambitious. Exciting. Impactful. Momentum. Accelerated. Transforming. Connected. Collaborative. Fast, fast, & fast. Different words, but the same theme: people here are building things quickly, and they can see the impact they and their teams make, every day. Sound like your kind of pace? K:BOS in 60 seconds. The headline: We went headless — opening up Klaviyo so developers and AI agents can build directly on top of the platform. And our agents got an upgrade too. Composer is moving from "waits for instructions" to working independently on your behalf. Have FOMO? Sign up to receive updates on our next K:BOS 👉 https://bit.ly/3UPjSuY

What does the future of consumer brands look like? 2,000 of the world's best marketers just got together to shape it. At K:BOS 2026, we heard from Gwyneth Paltrow and Christina Tosi, learned from brands like Patagonia, Unilever Prestige, and CorePower Yoga how they're actually building relationships with their customers, and brought executives together with Accenture Song to unpack what the shift to agentic commerce means for brands. Plus 50+ sponsors joined us on the floor for real conversations and hands-on demos. We launched a few things ourselves: going headless, a new personalization layer, and agent upgrades—all built to help brands deliver better experiences for their customers. Thanks to everyone who joined us to learn, meet, and build.
