Andrew Bialecki shared thisAs brands expand globally, the bar for customer experience goes up. ⬆️ Consumers expect everything to feel local -- language, pricing, product availability. But behind the scenes, that’s often much harder than it should be. That’s why we’re continuing to deepen our integration with Shopify. Shopify powers the commerce engine. Klaviyo powers better consumer experiences. Together, we give the world’s best brands the tech stack that they need to power commerce everywhere and deliver highly localized, incredible experiences anywhere. 💪 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/exbcYTk2.Klaviyo and Shopify Deepen Integration to Accelerate Global Commerce Growth - KlaviyoKlaviyo and Shopify Deepen Integration to Accelerate Global Commerce Growth - Klaviyo

Andrew Bialecki shared thisBig news! I’m very excited to share that Chano Fernández will be joining me as co-CEO of Klaviyo. I met Chano a few years ago and convinced him to join our board. I've learned a ton from him about scale from his Workday experiences, and was (and am!) wow’d by his intensity and curiosity. A few months ago, we talked about how autonomy would become a core feature of our B2C CRM, how LLMs and AI were the tech to enable this step change, and how we would usher in and lead this new era for our customers. I’m thrilled to join forces to accelerate and make this happen. Chano, welcome aboard! 🚀 https://lnkd.in/e9NsjH_6

Andrew Bialecki shared thisSaluting the brands who crushed BFCM with a new banner in our office. 🫡 And especially the 20,000+ that set new personal bests for single day sales on Black Friday! 🍾🙌🏻

Andrew Bialecki posted thisBlack Friday numbers are in…. For the first time, Klaviyo businesses went over $1,000,000,000 in sales attributed to marketing and service through our platform in a single day — or KAV, Klaviyo attributed value, as we like to say. That’s the first time we’ve cracked a billion. Shows the scale and importance of direct relationships between businesses and consumers. Congrats on a record Black Friday and a great start to the weekend! 🔥

Andrew Bialecki posted thisFor our customers, the next few weeks are the Super Bowl. The whole year comes down to this. And our job is to help you deliver. It’s my 11th BFCM and I love it. It’s my favorite week of the year. You better believe I’ll be watching our dashboards, and sitting with our teams to ensure we are doing everything we can to make sure you all have a great holiday week and season. Our team is here to help all week long (and every day after that). Let’s go. 🔥

Andrew Bialecki shared thisWe have a saying here at Klaviyo that we're only 1% done. That's never been more true than today, as Ed Hallen and I rang the bell at the NYSE and #KVYO was introduced to the world under the bright lights. Our culture is built on ownership. Our software gives ownership to our customers, partners, and creators - to build smarter relationships on their path to owning their destiny. Ownership is at the core of who we are as a company. We hire ambitious people and give them the runway to build something incredible and the responsibility to see every project through. We’re willing to do any job. We take pride in our work and accountability for our results. We build our reputation by making sure every action we take is consistent with our values. We use and spend our resources like they're our own. Thank you to each and every customer, partner, and developer for trusting us with one of the most important things in your life - your business. We come to work each day with a customer-first mentality and we'll continue to build #Klaviyo with that driving force. We brought 300+ Klaviyos to New York, and had over 1,000 others tuning in from around the world knowing that we're going to start tomorrow the exact same way we started today - by delighting our customers. Klaviyo exists to empower creators to own their destiny. And we're only 1% done.Andrew Bialecki shared this1,500+ Klaviyos. 130k+ customers. 5,000+ Klaviyo Partners. 300+ integrations. This wouldn't be possible without all of you. KVYO is officially listed on the NYSE! ( 📸 : NYSE)

Andrew Bialecki posted thisApple made big news this week with the latest moves in its mission to protect users’ data privacy. And once again, the changes—potentially impacting the billion worldwide users of iPhones—could have profound implications for online marketing and advertising. For those of us who provide marketing support for brands and other organizations that maintain close online relationships with their customers and community members, we’ll need to study what Apple’s announcement means in practice. But for Klaviyo, and the businesses and organizations we support, I predict this will be a positive development. I’m excited, actually. Why? Because Apple’s moves will benefit consumers who choose to opt in to sharing their data with the companies and service providers they truly trust. The changes can also benefit conscientious online businesses that are intent on building, nurturing and owning their individual relationships with each of their customers—rather than relying on third parties to anonymously market their services and do who knows what else with the data. For these businesses, Apple is validating their bet on a business future based on personalized, owned relationships. Simply put, Apple is making two basic changes. For its Mail app, Apple will end the ability of third parties to know whether a person has opened an email. That might alarm some companies. But based on our deep experience helping brands grow, I can tell you that if your emails aren’t engaging customers in a way that is evident and mutually beneficial to business and customer, there’s little value in simply knowing whether the email was opened. The second change will end the automatic disclosure of a user’s IP address and tracking of web usage on the Safari browser. Sure, that might mean a business can’t lurk in the background and pitch ads based on assumptions about a user’s online behavior, but effective online business people know that’s not the best way to engage customers and build an ongoing relationship. That’s why I’m excited. When Apple, one of the largest tech companies in the world, is willing to bet on first-party data and owned relationships, that tells you where consumers are heading. Apple is betting on the next era of the internet—the era of millions of organizations and billions of consumers deciding for themselves when and where they want to meet each other. There’s no doubt that these privacy changes will require education and innovation, as businesses work to understand what Apple’s moves mean for them and how they can continue to provide personalized experiences for their customers. But the bottom line is that you don’t need third-party data and third-party infrastructure to be successful. There’s a different way to grow, and I believe the next decade will be defined by owned, first-party relationships. Ultimately, this next era of digital relationships will help businesses get closer to their customers and become more durable—and more profitable.

Andrew Bialecki shared thisToday was a big day at Klaviyo. We just raised $320M in additional capital. We're not into celebrating fundraising, we focus on celebrating customer and owned revenue milestones instead -- those are the real measures of our progress. But it's another vote of confidence we're on the right track. And what’s exciting is that all of our investors, old and new, are believers in Klaviyo over the long run -- a must have criteria for us -- folks that are thinking about what Klaviyo can be in 5-10 years. We’ve got a long way to go, but I'm as excited as I was in our first year of building Klaviyo. The only difference is we have hundreds of Klaviyos and hundreds of thousands of customers who share that passion. Thank you to the entire team at Klaviyo for all of your hard work, and to the customers who trust us to help them grow. I had a chance to speak with Forbes about what this round means and why I’m excited to be a part of this journey: https://lnkd.in/dqt85VC.Boston Startup Klaviyo Raises $320 Million, Doubling Its Valuation To $9.5 Billion In Seven MonthsBoston Startup Klaviyo Raises $320 Million, Doubling Its Valuation To $9.5 Billion In Seven Months

Andrew Bialecki liked thisAndrew Bialecki liked thisEarlier this month, I decided to wrap up my time as SVP of Product at Klaviyo. I'm proud of what our team shipped. Most recently that was Klaviyo Headless, which opens the entire platform to AI agents with 260+ MCP tools and 490+ APIs you can use from Claude, ChatGPT, Composer, Customer Agent, or your own agents. Alongside it, we launched SQL in the Klaviyo Data Platform so agents and marketers can get value out of all the data Klaviyo holds. We also took mobile messaging well beyond SMS into RCS and WhatsApp, strengthened mobile push, and grew our business with some of the world's largest brands by going deeper into enterprise. I can't say enough good things about my team and feel fortunate to have learned and grown with them. Thank you to the product, engineering and design teams and leaders I worked alongside (Adil Wali who brought me onboard and gave me space to run, Christopher Miller, Amy Peirce, Grant Deken, Drew Kull, Sean Walsh, Jennifer Kessler, Mike Lisavich, Patrick TwomeyPatrick Twomey, Gregory YuGregory Yu, Eric McCall, Ilarie Letca, Liang Zhang, Anand Deb, Feras Karablieh, Surabhi Gupta, Lauren McKenzie, Henry Wu, Renée Farster-Degenhardt Jenna Winn and many more...) and thank you to the fantastic GTM and finance partners like Steve Rowland, NACD.DC Victoria Devins Jamie Domenici Kelly Haut Thacker Mike Quigley Ben Jackson Jack Grant and many others who all leaned in to work together to find ways to win. Special thanks to Andrew Bialecki and Ed Hallen. The opportunity to have a front-row seat and work directly with founders as a former founder myself was special. I am also grateful to the customers and partners who pushed us to build better. It was a privilege. I'm taking time to recharge, advise some startups and do some building of my own with AI. In the new year I'll be looking for my next chance to build and scale a business, especially around data, AI, security, and/or hardware. If you're working on something where you think I could be helpful, I'd love to hear from you.

Andrew Bialecki liked thisAndrew Bialecki liked thisWe joined Klaviyo one week ago and we’re already responsible for what you’ll see at K:BOS. How is that for speed? Every person from Agency shipped during our first week, including me. At every company I’ve ever led, we’ve had a tradition: ship on day one. We’re definitely not going to break it here. Klaviyo helped us keep that tradition alive. They designed a custom onboarding around speed: Learn what we need. Get access. Build something real. Day one. By Friday’s Showtime meeting, we weren’t presenting plans. We were demoing features we had already shipped. But my favorite part of the week wasn’t the code. It was the customers. We met with Klaviyo’s customer team to understand the AI needs of their customers, including some of the largest retailers in the world. Then we met with customers directly. One session included one of Klaviyo’s elite partners. They were fired up to meet the Agency team and immediately started working with us on our launch plan for K:BOS. It's so refreshing to wake up on Monday and see github pull requests from the team, just like we did the prior week. We're moving fast. We’ll show you at K:BOS, Klaviyo’s flagship conference, September 9 and 10 in Boston. Come see me and say hi! Registration link in the comments.

Andrew Bialecki liked thisAndrew Bialecki liked thisJust a few weeks ago, I experienced my first-ever Black Friday Cyber Monday at Klaviyo, and wow - it did not disappoint! I'm incredibly proud of the team for operating at such remarkable scale to deliver exceptional value to our customers during their biggest weekend of the year. Here's a glimpse of what scale looks like at Klaviyo during BFCM: 🚀 Customers drove over $3 billion in total Klaviyo Attributed Value 🚀 420M+ emails, texts, and push notifications during our peak hour 🚀 Our analytics database ingested over half a petabyte of data. 🚀 Our APIs handled over 20 billion requests...and so much more! The best sign your team is moving fast? When other engineers start pointing it out publicly (unprompted). This type of speed doesn’t come from top down mandates (you can't fake it). It comes from a culture where everyone feels real ownership and obsesses over the customer experience. Speed is the only real moat startups have. And once you lose it, it’s almost impossible to get it back. That’s why we’re constantly watching for early signs of drag and doing everything we can to protect velocity. For us, that starts with who we hire. We’ve taken our time building the team, and set a very high bar for who we bring on. It's also a reason why 50% of our engineering team are former founders, who naturally bring that mindset to everything they do. That compounds week over week. And before you know it, people outside the company start noticing too.

Back from NAPE and had many eye opening conversations with folks on how to cut their manual tasks by up to 90%/month. MineralStrike centralizes ownership + NRA analysis, contract generation, outbound offers, and inbound qualification - all in one easy system. You tell it what to do and it does it. Faster analysis. Faster contracts. Faster capital deployment. No bottlenecks. If you’re serious about scaling in 2026, let’s talk.

Krossings • 1K followers
Since we launched, several old friends asked what I've been working on and what makes Krossings different. We're not SaaS. We're a GTM-serving platform meshed with an experienced GTM services team. Functioning as an entire eng/revops team, we partner deeply with our clients' operations to AI-scale research, score and target ICP-derived prospects, execute outbound, and then capture all events across any prospect touches. We can then analyze and loop, compounding value within weeks, not quarters. Our GTM client ops team partners deeply with our clients to drive all aspects of their GTM strategy forward by leveraging the Krossings platform. We all knew that just buying a tech tool alone wasn't a GTM strategy. Like us, our clients knew that accelerating progress needed a solution that integrated strategy across tech, people AND execution Here's how we helped Vector transform their GTM process. It's been a incredible partnership. They're doing some great things in the logistics space.

I'm helping a few friends find technical co-founders, early-stage CTOs, and heads of engineering. These are exited founders and people with real traction and backing from top VCs. If you are a ridiculously talented engineer, you owe it to yourself to take a big swing in this generational paradigm shift. I can't guarantee success, but I can promise long hours, high stress, meaningful work, ownership, agency and insane growth. Which is to say, it'll be a hell of a ride. US only for now. If this is interesting, hit me up. Note: I'm not a recruiter, I'm truly just helping some people I think are talented.

I am super excited this morning to announce Sandgarden's acquisition of Layer! When I first met Jonah Katz and Andrew Hamilton, I fell in love with their enthusiasm and positivity, not to mention what they were building. Two years later, I'm proud to have them join Sandgarden. Thanks to Michael Hirshland for the introduction, and to Andrew and Jonah for believing in what we're building to take a chance. Congrats on getting it over the finish line! Welcome to the team Ayaan G. and Gavyn P.! Finally - check out Doc Holiday! It keeps everyone in the company up-to-date as features ship, starting with release notes and documentation all the way to team-specific Action Plans. Demo video here: https://lnkd.in/grkAuXkh And finally - a shout to Jonathan J. Chou, Nicholle Lamartina, and Tori Stark for the insane help. You never fail to deliver 🥰

Seth Levine nailed it! The concentration problem isn't just a GP pain point... it's choking innovation. When capital pools around the same 20 funds, emerging managers and founders get shut out. Love that he's using his platform to call this out. Foundry has backed 50+ emerging managers. That's the diversification the ecosystem needs. This is exactly why Carta exists — making capital allocation visible and accessible. Capital Evolution hits at exactly the right moment. Thanks for having us Daniel Dart. Team Carta loves the community of FUTURE TITANS you have built 🚀
