unreliable product and non-functional helpdesk
What ever the problem is, I have already had two within three months - the 4 G did not work and now Zaptec has lost the charge history - Zaptec won’t answer any of your support / help requests. I’m a bit annoyed that I ended up choosing Zaptec. Would not choose it again. Even there reseller in Finland Autonlataus.com won’t help. The just claim that I have to be in contact with Zaptec. Overall very poor choise and if I could choose again would definately choose some other alternative.
