I paid a fortune for a zaptec charger somehow i cant connect with the app

Been trying to contact zaptec for 2 days no reply,no telephone number,
Think very hard about which charger you buy i wouldnt reccommend this company
I have to say i emailed zaptec Benelux and they sorted it in 1 day, Nederlands zaptec heel slecht
