Bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2. The watch itself was in good condition, but the Ocean Band that it came with broke in a few weeks. Looking closer at it, I then realize that it´s not an original Ocean Band (Apple product), but rather a cheap copy. I then reach out to Refurbed, and the reseller (EFM TECH) offered a compensation of first 20, then 25 and last 30 EUR. Given the fact that an Ocean Band cost 100 EUR, that was my claim. The claim was declined. I would definitely not recommend, as this was a major disappointment. Also, I would like to add, that they are slow on their responses. In a case like this, when it´s critical in terms of customer satisfaction, a faster response overall is expected.
