Very good experience for the sell is very very simple and this no take much time

I normally have a good experience but I have been waiting
Nearly a week for someone to respond to my queries..
There is a bug in there system and some returns labels are duplicated and as suggested by their ai I paid for my own tracked return the seller will not collect it and after consult the so again it states you cannot use another tracking method

So now I have no refund neither item that I should resell and still not response from the customer service

It's good application.

Generally this is a great app but when you have a damaged item the seller wants you to return to them, it's you whose paying the shipping. So not only do you not receive what you've ordered, you have to ship it and lose money when it should be the seller who sold a damaged item or didn't package it properly who pays for return mail.

Twice now Vinted DELETED my authentic shirts as fake items. Once, they examined it and the other time just after I have uploaded it. Yet certilogo certified it to be authentic. Vinted must up their game. You are quick to point out its fake, yet you yourselves are not sure.

Was accused by seller of damaging the item I received. It was not as described and my experience with this seller was very poor. I did not expect that as a new Vinted user.

Trustworthy sales platform that monitors closely both ads and transactions, in order to protect buyers and sellers alike.
Very user-friendly, it facilitates the exchanges between the parties by providing a convenient in real time translation tool.

Customer service is awful.
My goods weee broken during delivery and the customer service decided the goods were not well packed even if the buyer told them it was really well packed.
The buyer got a refund, I got nothing and I clearly can’t recommend this app.

Many ads, even those that are perfectly normal and contain legal items not on the prohibited items list, are being removed.
Too much dropshipping and counterfeit items or products from Chinese websites (Temu, Shein...)
No communication with the Vinted teams is possible, it's always a robot that answers, in short, it's getting worse and worse.

Would give a zero if I could. All out banned me for life because I tried to sell a pair of legit Nike runners for a fiver. They said you are not allowed sell counterfeit fraudulent items but I bought them for 50 quid in Sports Direct as football runners but didnt need them as got injured and retired. So tried to sell them and got banned. I appealed on their site in polite manner. Then they came back saying you are banned from ever using this app again. Even under any username. Is the site admin my ex or somthing? Lol

nice app, lovely & efficient

This is very good sell and buy Apps.
It's great for me easy to find buyers.
And the Great thing is sending labels are create automatically from Vinted go thats fantastic.
But one thing's that i am unhappy for delaye. Some items not delivered for a while And recieving also delayed.

I changed my phone number and have been unable to access my Vinted account for over a year because the verification code is still being sent to my old number.

I first contacted Vinted Support in July 2025 and provided all the documents they requested, including proof of identity and bank documents. After receiving no solution, I followed up again 9 months later, in April 2026, and once again provided all the requested documents.

I was told that my case was being investigated.

It is now August 2026, and I have still received no resolution, no update, and no access to my account.

I have been patient and fully cooperative throughout this entire process. Taking more than a year to resolve a simple phone-number change is completely unacceptable.

Extremely poor customer service and zero sense of accountability. I would seriously think twice before trusting Vinted with your account and money.

Vinted is a total rubbish app! They blocked my account for no reason at all. Vinted always sides with the seller—if something wrong arrives and you try to return it, they always rule in favor of the seller just because Vinted gets delivery fees out of it. This is a completely useless app. I give it zero stars. Honestly, even zero stars is too much for an app like Vinted!"
