The company did not want to bother with looking into a case of counterfeit (a fake pair of earrings being claimed coming from Zeina's store) even after I got an official reply from the store. This passivity encourages unethical sellers to offer fake goods so I'll stay away from buying anything valuable/gold etc. in the future on the platform.

i want to get my money, i’ve dent the article days ago and can’t get my money because of phone number ? i’ve send everything multiple times and sozial nobody can say on what single thing it hangs that i can send so it work. id love to talk to a real person

I am enjoying using Vinted, it is a wonderful App that allows clothes recycling, Clothes renewal and easy shopping in-house experience. It is very user friendly and protects both parties.

I totally love vinted,recently found it and i sell stuff that i domt need anymore and make other people happy! Great idea and Im very happy such platform exists!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Easy to navigate and upload photos, a secure platform where you can sell your items and nobody can scam you

It feels very safe to buy and sell on vinted. The shipping is very well organized, buyer security, works well!

Worst customer support ever. I bought fakes and The support did nothing. The website is full of hidden ads and pop-ups.

The world has unfortunately become a disposable place. Vinted helps with that as it is fantastic at allowing people to exchange pre loved and new items. I have bought and sold using Vinted and love the experience,

Be extremely careful selling anything valuable here. Vinted offers zero seller protection and terrible customer service!
​I (150 sales with 100% 5-star reviews) recently had a buyer (had two 1-star reviews for similar issues) open a dispute, and the process was a complete nightmare with etreme delays. After I escalated issue to the Vinted team thinking justice would be served since I did everything right, I waited a far longer than their promised 48-hour response time.
​They just Ignored evidence. I followed every guideline by the book, and had a video proof of packing (screenshots of it as you cant upload video). Vinted completely ignored it all.
They sided with the buyer, even though the buyer failed to upload the required photos according to Vinted's own rules.
​When I tried to appeal or ask on what basis they made their decision, or open new ticket/complaint I ran straight into a wall of automated bot replies.
​I see why there are so many complaints about scammers on Vinted now - the system actively enables them while punishing honest sellers. Save yourself the money and stress: be aware selling your high-value items.

Don’t sell your things there, they only protect buyer! My sold item lost by the buyer, they do not check why the package was open but transfer the money back to the buyer!! Customer service is awful!!

This is an absolutely disgusting commercial practice. Looking for a substitute for eBay in Europe, found this website.

I bought an item; the seller sent it right away, and what happened? Vinted's extremely low-cost, poor-quality delivery company just sits on the product without moving it. Probably waiting for a big, bulky order to send everything at once. It says it takes 25 business days (! -- yes, inside EU) to deliver a parcel that is right next door. And then, you have 2 days to complain, or they will never refund your money.

And by the way, the shipping company is a reliable,  famous one. This happens only with Vinted orders, with paid delivery, because this company probably squeezes the most out of the shipping company, just like they do with all sellers and buyers on its platform. 

Customer support, after you made your payment, is of course non-existent.  They just copy and paste FAQs and close the chat. You reopen it, and they close it again. It's so funny!

Do not be stupid like me, and do not use this platform. You will regret it immensely. Don't believe me? Check the other reviews here, looks like they do a poor job with sellers too.

Did you notice how they separate the company by country here? So they can keep a good rating with low-population countries, and the bigger countries' (more orders) extremely low rating gets hidden, visually, when you research them.

Should have checked it here before. Lesson learned. Do not make my mistake!

Vinted is easy to use. I have really nice kids stuff to sell and I’ve been taking the advice of Vinted to price it at the premium level. Much of my stuff is selling right away, I wished I had priced higher than the recommendation.

Great Tool to Sell your clothes Books and Accessoires

I talked to nice mommies, exchanged even experiences about clothing and detergent. One lady sent me a package and left a nice note inside, which made my day.

Very easy to buy and sell items. Extremely convenient.
Shipping procedure is also extremely easy and covered by the buyer/seller/Vinted.

Vinted is famous and this is the reason they are much arrogant and racist people there as they will simply give you a reason and will block you forever and they are not going to change the decision. so frustrating so bad people are there controlling vinted and I will never recommend it to anyone
