I paid an extra fee for a secured transaction, but there is no way to contact the company to let them know the product received is a counterfeit. The seller continued selling on the platform even though he had officially ceased his professional activity last year. His VAT number is false too, and yet, even though I reported this to the platform, they did nothing.

Even worse, they let him run out the clock by using messages telling me he had sent a replacement (with a fake tracking number), and then automatically closed the sale whilst also giving him a 5-star satisfaction rating. I will never purchase on this platform again.

Shadowban against non french numbers, even when they are schengen or european. They use a grey zone to exclude non french users after first accepting the account but banning it as soon as you get active and hide it behind „cyber security“.

Honestly one of the best sites i ever met to buy used and new things from private sellers. Secure and comfortable.

I created an account and searched for some products to buy. All I did was trying to contact some sellers and wait for their answer. Ater writing to a first seller, I tried writing to a second seller, but it said it was not possible due to technical issues. I tried many times later, but the same glitch persisted. A few minutes later I get an email saying my account was blocked. Unbelievable! I regularly use Wallapop in Spain and they are light-years ahead in terms of reliability and consumer-experience. Really poor service from Leboncoin. Can't believe this is the most used platform in France.

I sent my Alexa in good condition and in the box, but the Mondial Relay delivery person broke my Alexa. The seller received the broken product, filed a complaint against me, and even with all the evidence, this website did not reimburse me, and I had to return the money to the seller. I lost my echo show.

Had to make repeated reminders to ask the team to clear the anomaly . Finally they did it after 2 months

Created an account and got immediately banned after sending a DM to a seller. Complete trash site, run by bots, not user-friendly. Impossible to use since you get banned for nothing. I got banned for asking if I can buy an item. What kind of idiot rule is that?

Leboncoin are incompetent, unreliable and completely untrustworthy. They “guaranteed 100% secure delivery” of an expensive e-bike which sold to a buyer within France. He never received the bike and was refunded his money. I cancelled the order as many weeks had passed without hearing anything and I expected the return of my bike which was worth several thousand euros. Sadly it never arrived and despite repeated requests, Leboncoin refused to answer my questions about the bike’s location. They offered me some compensation but that was just to keep me quiet. All they had to do was to find out which driver collected the bike from the relay point and ask him where he took it but they refused. DO NOT USE THIS LYING CORRUPT ORGANISATION OR YOU ALMOST CERTAINLY REGRET IT. 0/10
