Just purchased a new EX30 and was helped along the way right from the start. Marc Walby in particular at the show room gave me a lot of time and great advice. In fact all of the team there were excellent. When the car arrived the hand over was first class - with Marc spending time to resolve all issues. Excellent service throughout.

Amazing experience from stepping foot in the showroom to leaving with my new car. Customer service was amazing through out, car was fully set for me with all questions answered. The after care has also been amazing with emails answered with no waiting around to get reply’s. Couldn’t be happier and I didn’t only buy the car I also feel I have a great service going forward aswell. The Volvo team were friendly and approachable which I didn’t find in other main dealers and was also another reason we went with Volvo. We met Elena from Volvo Poole when we were looking to upgrade our EX30. Elena went through all the available cars explaining what each version had. We eventually chose the EX30 with Ultra trim.
On the day of the pick-up, Elena again went through some of the options for us. The big moment came when we went to get the car and walked right past it! Volvo had covered it a big black sheet and just like a magician it was unveiled for us by Elena.
Both Elena and Brennan then spent time making sure both our phones worked seamlessly with the car.
We then went to a cafe that Elena had suggested and had a great lunch.
We’d like to commend Volvo , Elena and Brennan for the patience and professionalism they both showed us.

Marc Walby provided all information in detail and I never felt pressured into anything. He understood my needs and worked with me to find the perfect car. Marc communicated at each stage clearly explaining what and why I was filling sections of the online documentation out. On collection, he spent time showing me all the features and assisting me connect everything so it was personal to me. An excellent service!

good sales service when they want you to buy a car. Rude and dismissive after-sales service. Plenty of other poor reviews saying the same but the poor service and attitude continues. Shame the company doesn't take bad reviews more seriously. I, for one, wont be purchasing another vehicle from them.

All staff made the experience enjoyable smooth and uncomplicated.

they very kindly picked me up and took me to the showroom then ran over all the features and functions of the car with no rush or feeling that anything was too much. The staff at Poole Volvo go out of their way to help from the point of calling in to collecting the car and beyond.

I recently had the misfortune of hitting a pothole and puncturing a tyre, but the team at Volvo Cars Poole service department turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience.

Leanne, Jamie, Katie and the wider team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They sourced a replacement tyre and had it ordered and fitted the very next day, meaning I had the car back in time for the weekend, exactly what I needed.

The level of service was outstanding, and Volvo assistants were equally brilliant throughout. You can really tell this team genuinely cares about their customers.

We purchased an older Selekt XC40 recently and have to say the process was smooth, painless & professional. There was no hard sell and Jordan was very helpful with a couple of towbar related issues. He even organised a last minute SMART repair to the bumper.
We also liked the handover process with the car cover and large bow. It’s only a small thing but a nice touch, something we have only ever had with new cars before.
From this experience we would use them again.
