We met Elena from Volvo Poole when we were looking to upgrade our EX30. Elena went through all the available cars explaining what each version had. We eventually chose the EX30 with Ultra trim.
On the day of the pick-up, Elena again went through some of the options for us. The big moment came when we went to get the car and walked right past it! Volvo had covered it a big black sheet and just like a magician it was unveiled for us by Elena.
Both Elena and Brennan then spent time making sure both our phones worked seamlessly with the car.
We then went to a cafe that Elena had suggested and had a great lunch.
We’d like to commend Volvo , Elena and Brennan for the patience and professionalism they both showed us.
