Lost all the money due to unability to return

I bought slippers which unfortunately did not fit. I had to repeatedly ask for a return address which when it came was an address in China. It would mean that more than 50% of the purchase price would be lost on return mailing cost to China. According to EU law, Glowblend should provide a return address within the EU. I will never buy again from this company.

SCAM SITE, Chinese drop shipper, bad products

This site tricks you into reviewing before receiving the product, luring you with a high discount they then don't deliver. The products are drop shipped from China and are not what is advertised, they are really cheap and very bad.

They advertise with easy return policy but this is also not true. They require pictures (illegal to ask), and then try to pacify you with a small percentage cashback (15%) and you can keep this cheap, unusable product. Your only other option, according to them, is ship back to China, which they do not warn you of the cost in advance.

They claimed to have a store in Amsterdam, and this is why I assumed returns would go there, but this is just a lie.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. It's all a scam.

Excellent service

We had to wait a few days but I understand the shipment came from China. The table lamps where excellently packed and the quality exceeded out expectations.
