Misleading advertising and impossible returns. The cutlery I received looked nothing like the product advertised. Despite their own policy stating that returns are free when incorrect products are delivered, they demanded that I pay to ship everything back to China. They repeatedly offered partial refunds instead of taking responsibility. I have disputed the €223.84 transaction with American Express and reported the company to all consumer protection authorities. Avoid.

SCAM ALERT. They are not based in the Netherlands. They pretend to do so, but are actually based in China. You can see from the other complaints that the issues are always the same: product takes a veeery long time arrive (sent from China); bad quality; sizes that are way out of the EU standard; slow service trying to force you to keep the item no matter what; and abusive return costs (because it has to be shipped to China). Please don’t make the same mistake I did and stay away from them.

I purchased a pair of shoes based on your product description, which states:

These stylish men's shoes combine a classic design with premium Italian leather for a refined look and optimal comfort.

After receiving and inspecting the shoes, I have serious doubts that they are made from genuine Italian leather. Based on their appearance, texture, and smell, they seem to be made from synthetic imitation leather (PU leather or faux leather) rather than real leather.
I find it misleading to advertise a product as being made of "premium Italian leather" if this is not actually the case.

Furthermore, you are charging a premium price for what appears to be a low-quality synthetic product.
Please explain what material these shoes are actually made from and provide proof that they are genuine Italian leather. If you cannot provide such evidence, I expect an appropriate solution, such as a full refund or a return at your expense.

Very poor, would not buy here again. Ordered a belt a week ago, emailed them multiple times that tracking info lacks accuracy (no updates for a week). Every time I get a very vague email saying "we are on top of your order and it will be delivered in next coming days". Please take the time to give tailored answers to your clients instead of very general ones.

I ordered a vintage suede men's jacket with a lining, but when it arrived it was so thin and lightweight that it barely weighed more than a T-shirt. The product was clearly not as described on the website and was of very poor quality.

Although the website claims that returns are easy, this is simply not true. More than ten days after delivery, the order status still incorrectly shows that the package has not been delivered, making it impossible to initiate a return.

Each time I contacted customer service to ask how to return the item, they avoided answering my question. Instead of providing return instructions, they repeatedly offered gift vouchers or partial discounts while completely ignoring my request for a refund and return.

In my opinion, this is a deceptive and misleading business practice designed to prevent customers from exercising their right to return products. I strongly believe this website should be investigated and removed if these practices continue, in order to prevent more consumers from becoming victims.

Sammy Jackson Maastricht (Asia) Everything went wrong. I bought two 100% linen shirts, but the size was much smaller than usual. Returning them was difficult. In the end, I could keep the shirts and receive a voucher for 40% of my purchase. With the voucher I bought I was able to buy one 100% linen shirt in a larger size and a different color. The voucher was a few euro more than the shirt but was not refunded or credited or mentioned. The size was right, but the shirt was 100% polyester and not linen, horrible smelly wrinkled shirt. What a terrible fraudulent company. I am completely frustrated, you don't get value. They pretend to be from Maastricht but it is in Asia. Delivery was slow with no info ecept polite Sara AI. I have two shirts 100% linnen that don't fit and one that fits but is not the material I ordered. BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY.

Issues:
- Fabric is much thinner and less dense than shown in the photos — feels like a cheap knit, not a quality garment
- the bottom is already stretched out and misshapen
- Hood is attached differently and has a different shape than pictured
- Seams are poorly finished and uneven
-no labels or any information from the manufacturen.
I won't return it to Hong Kong,this rag isn't worth it - I'll throw it in the trash.After reading many other refews,I realized that my experience is far from unique.I wish I had checked Trastpilot before placing my order.I can't recommend this "store" to anyone.Save your money and buy from a reputable seller instead.
This "company" seems to care much more about getting orders than about treating customers fairly. I deeply regret buying from them.

I would give zero stars if possible. I have written 3 emails inquiring about an order I placed 3 weeks ago. The tracking info does not say where it is or any anticipated delivery date. I would like a refund.

You should never buy from Sammy Jackson Maastricht. On their website nothing is mentioned that the products are shipped from China. Delivery time is therefore too long and the products came too late. Returns need to be send to China which costs you EUR 14 if a small package.
Not mentioning the correct terms is fraud. Quality of the products is terrible.

Very disappointing experience – product not as advertised and poor customer service

I ordered a dress from Sammy Jackson, but the item I received looked clearly different from the photos and description shown on their website.

This was not a simple case of “changing my mind” or not liking the product. The product was, in my opinion, significantly not as described.

When I contacted customer service, they first offered me only a partial refund while asking me to keep the item. Later, they insisted that if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay the return shipping myself, even though the issue was that the product did not match what was advertised.

They also provided a return address in China, meaning the return would likely be expensive and inconvenient for the customer. Their replies repeatedly treated the issue as a normal return request, while avoiding the real problem: the product did not correspond to the photos on the website.

I find this extremely disappointing and unfair. A customer should not have to pay international return costs when the product received does not match the product page.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this website. Be very careful before ordering, especially if you expect the item to look like the pictures shown online.

Terrible experience. I have been waiting for the delivery of my order for over 3 weeks, after contacting Sammy Jackson all I got was a standard answer with their sale conditions. I think this is a scam!

Read all the other reviews and never use this company. Slick website hides a Chinese scam company where any goods you order arrive by luck. If you complain the digital world is rolled back into excessive forms to complete that are managed by bots
Complete scam

The Brienna Knitted Top has a wonderful casual style. The beige color was just a tiny shade lighter in person than on my screen, but it actually matches my wardrobe even better.

The Sammy Jackson Cashmere Sweater is stunning, but it requires a very delicate hand-wash to keep it soft. It's a bit of extra effort, but totally worth it for the quality.
