Tiqets customer service inadequate, leaving customers to pay for services not rendered.
Paid for tour to Sagrada Familia in Spain. Tour operator was not there at the tour time. Tiqets has no phone support, so we were only able to get in touch via a chat. We remained at the site for 1.5 hours chatting with them, while our tour continued inside and they were unable to help us get in touch with the tour operator nor get inside.
To top it off, now having spent 11 days communicating via email with them to attempt to get reimbursed, Tiqets is washing their hands of it.
I understand there are many great reviews here. I would CAUTION everyone, however. If you get lucky with the third party tour company maybe everything will be great. But Tiqets as a provider has terrible customer service, and a very poor ethical code. Purchasing from them is a gamble. They charge a premium for a service, they can't guarantee and won't stand by. Deplorable.

Awesome experience
What an awesome experience! We visited the School of Gladiators as a family, and it was such a fun and memorable activity.
Our 8-year-old, Celine, absolutely loved it, but it was just as much fun for the adults too! Our instructor was fantastic — friendly, engaging, patient, and really made the whole experience come alive. We all had a great time learning about gladiators and getting involved in the activities.
Such a unique experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Perfect for families and kids — we would highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
