Slow customer service cost me my train ticket -
I booked my Trenitalia tickets through Klook. Due to an Air China flight delay, I missed my train and contacted Klook for urgent help. Their response was too slow. By the time I received their email, I was at Shanghai Pudong Airport, they told me I could change my ticket through Trenitalia, but it was already too late because my train was already on its way. I ended up losing the ticket and paying for a new one. I expected much faster support for such a time-sensitive situation.

The interface browsing
The interface browsing, navigation are smooth especially the usage of promo discount and vouchers are readily available and the payment with OTP are secured. Prices are also competitive and lower compared to other app.
