Warning: KKday withheld my 20,521 JPY refund for 5 months and submitted altered evidence to the bank
I am writing this to warn international travelers about KKday’s severe bad-faith business practices regarding Order #26KK239600994 (Ticket #3425182).
Canceled yet Charged: The booking was canceled on March 30, 2026. However, my credit card was still charged on April 1.
Acknowledged Debt Unpaid: Through my issuing bank and the card network, KKday officially acknowledged a refund obligation of 20,521 JPY. Yet, because of an internal payment gateway G12 error, no automatic credit was returned.
Evidence Tampering / False Statements: KKday requested my bank details for a manual wire transfer on May 11 at 10:49 AM. I provided all 9 required fields just 21 minutes later (11:10 AM). Shockingly, in their official submission to decline my bank chargeback, KKday deliberately cropped out my response to falsely tell the bank: "No evidence has been provided to show that CM provided the account information."
Non-existent Support: When I followed up on the transfer, their support agent challenged me to file a bank dispute if I was unwilling to wait indefinitely. For the past month, they have ignored all substantive emails and hidden behind automated template replies.
I have compiled a complete dossier—including timestamped unedited chat logs and official chargeback investigation sheets—and escalated this case directly to the Taiwan Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee (CPC). Think twice before booking through KKday.

Is this a scam company? - Placed order yesteday 13:57, payed order 14:04 - order cancelled 14:08 - I now have to wait 7-14 days for my money - It's a scam!'

I am an affiliate partner of KKday, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

According to our agreement, I should have received my affiliate commission, but the payment has never been made. I have been trying to contact their affiliate support team for more than a month through the available communication channels, but I have not received a single response or update.

I paid for 2 trips got the email to confirm them and then found the trips where cheaper somewhere else kkday are trying to say that 1 of the trips the payment failed but it clearly shows both gone through is there anyway of getting someone from management to speak to me about

Scammers. I ordered a ticket to Terra Mitica in Benidorm. Though I booked a regular ticket, they sent me a cheaper junior/senior ticket that the Park refused to accept and I had to pay a full price for the entry again.

I requested a refund for the incorrect ticket I could not use - no response. Avoid this company!!!

Dangerous experience, we feared for our lives

My girlfriend and I booked a mountain tour in Taiwan through KKday, but the experience was terrifying. Our guide was also the driver, and her driving was extremely dangerous. She often drove around 30 km/h above the speed limit on narrow mountain roads and sharp turns. She even overtook other vehicles where it was clearly forbidden, just before dangerous bends.

This was not just uncomfortable driving, we genuinely felt our lives were at risk. KKday needs to seriously review its safety standards and the drivers they work with.

Very good experience joining a trip to Great Ocean Road on 9/7. The driver Michael provided excellent service 👍

I bought 2 tickets to see the Diff 2026 Da Nang show in Vietnam with watersports park. I did not realised that kkday did not check the seller for honesty and scam. 1. the ticket was over charged and even the main Diff site dropped the price as it as over price and poor experience. We paid £56 ppl for a seat, sat for 4 hours in heat 34c no shade, sweating like mad, and sitting on a metal bumpy bench with long grove. in case some leak water and drain all the way, crazy design. The worst part, we paid for a ppl show and they put a high barrier fence to stop ppl falling, well, dont raise the platform 3x higher then the vip stage. They over sold the tickets, sun world and ppl force a seat, push, shovel, and argue, staff telling to seat down but they cannot see, i had to use 2m mobile stand to capture the ppl show and gaze into the sky as the barrier blocked the view. the free wc was a box without one side and put in a hole. the water basin was a big barrel of water and you dip your hand to wash. it was a terrible experience and the firework had no theme, just like the oldfashion in UK, and fire rockets into the sky for 2 session of 20mins firework. Even the staff on day1 was bored and played with mobile game.
The water sport park, was not heated indoor pool as stated and tons of kids, this was 2nd June, they are not going to school. And it was Tuesday. The onsen was fake, it is just hot water, it does not burn your eyes and it was dirty ie tiny bits floating in the water. The only good part was the food in buffet that was nice. I am complaining to ask for refund for overcharge and poor experience and fake points ie not onsen

Do not bother with this company. We tried to get urgent visa to Vietnam through them and everything was great until it was not. Basically the visas arrived 2 days after we arrived and that was 5 days after we paid 4 hour visa transactions. Lucky we hedged our bets and used 2 companies. Also their airport service is a waste of time after 5pm as they are not there or even answer the phone after 5pm. Don’t even think about a refund

I booked 2 tickets for Japan Rail. Immediately after my card was swiped I received a message that the tickets were sold out and that I would get a refund in 14 working days. After waiting for 27 days and not seeing any refund, I wrote to them only to be told that refund has been made but that details cannot be revealed and to check with my bank. After another email to KKDay, I was given the date and time refund was made. Contacted my bank and got the refund after 3 days.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It's be almost an entire YEAR since I booked transport to mount fuji through them only to be told a day later that the ticket was now not available.

I paid $120 for two tickets and have tirelessly messaged them for a refund to which they have either said "it'll be with you in 14 days' or haven't replied. Since it's been almost a year now I assume they're just going to keep my money and lie about refunding me.

Don't buy anything through them. If you're thinking of a place to buy experiences I would recommend Klook through and through.

I booked a flight to Vietnam but due to the holidays i couldn't apply for the visa with enough time to keep my flight. I looked for an agent to speed things up but most charged twice as much. I paid them for a next day visa and I'm so happy my visa was approved the next day just like they said. I chatted with the representative the whole time. Great communication. Kkday made my day. 🙏

Booked a Shinkansen journey via KKDay website, then told the ticket was not available but would have a wait 14 days for a refund. This still hasn't been received.

Crooks. They change the currency from SGD to USD and charge you +35% or the real price that you can get directly. Stay away

I booked and paid for an experience through their app for a group costing 300+. Only for them to cancel it and tell me we'll refund you in 14 days, but you can rebook in the mean time. Absolutely do not recommend. Use klook instead. Terrible service and terrible app. I'll be waiting and chasing this up.

Update: after 6 hours of customer service between KKday and the merchant, problem resolved! We were picked up by the same driver who dropped us off in the morning. Thanks to KKday for resolving this confusion with the merchant and making this customer very relieved. Thank you.

I booked roundtrip transfer from Osaka hotel to univeral studios Japan on TM mobile. I asked when my rerun trip would be and was told it was one way only. It was a $115 voucher for a 20min ride on a van. Who would pay this thinking it was one way. I tried reaching out to the merchant on KKday and they refused to agree for a driver for return trip. Save your money and just take the metro or an uber. You will not have spent 6 hours on the chat with Tm-mobile and ruin your day at universal trying to find a ride home for your family

I have saved a screenshot of where TM mobile agreed on the chat that it was misleading language in the description

Worst experience ever :
- huge spam from the day you give your email address
- unable to attend basic customer care
- the car I booked for the day I was at the airport just wasn't there when we arrived and did not warn on WhatsApp about the issue. So unjapanese !

If i could I would give 0 star they Just use a law as a scam they wpuld advert museum turin that is located in japan and never stated japan on the title or name I though it was italy as the tickets advertised Just below the original italiqn museum page so I bough the tickets and they refused to g8ve me the tickets Back. Never buy from them

I got basically scamed by this company in booked 2 fast track through bangkok airport.
And no one was waiting for me to guide us or an apology nothing .
Kkday is a not trustworthy at all
Upto today no refund which they promised
