I bought 2 of the floating balls. Absolute rubbish. They just drop to the floor and spin in circles! Was offered 50% refund but refused. I'm going to see if the cost of postage isn't too much. I'm determined to get my money back.

Avoid avoid avoid how is a company allowed to say its UK when Austria?

Products cheap rubbish like from a cheap Christmas cracker - everything poorly made don’t do what it says it will then you are stuck with product as they are in Austria so no refund no return

Disappointed load of rubbish so why are they allowed to advertise false advertising and get away with it disgusting

Writing another review as I have still not received my order even though I have chase dozens of times. Customer support seem to have stopped replying now either !! Avoid buying from this company!!

Ordered in April and it’s now August, my item still hasn’t arrived, nor do I believe it was ever shipped. I’ve sent several messages to customer service asking them for shipping information etc who send out the same message that they will have someone contact me within 6-12 hours. That never happens. Disgraceful company, basically stealing your money really!

Put my faith in this company when I found out my niece was having a baby. Order came on time with no issues.
Yes I had to wait a little longer but that was not a problem for me. I have ordered two more items in the past few days and can see on their website all the tracking information. I would order again.

Still trying to get the correct item from them or a full refund after they sent the wrong one. I've had an email from them a few times now and they're not budging. I'm absolutely fizzing. I've no doubt they will respond to this review by saying I should get in touch, which I have done, a number of times. They won't allow any reviews on their websites either so others can't be warned.
They do not not provide return labels, and therefore, do not cover shipping fees for any returns to Austria. Absolutely shocking.

I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys have such bad feedback, I wanted to give some honest, positive feedback, as it was greatly deserved!!

Like some other reviewers, my order didn’t turn up, but the tracking said it had.

Rather than have a meltdown, I politely contacted them and informed them of the situation.

They apologised profusely and sent me a replacement, which I received today!!

Customer service like that is hard to come by these days!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Also known as Little-Kingdom Uk. This company is based in Austria and appears to source many of its toys directly from China, with a number of identical products available on sites such as Temu at significantly lower prices.

Customer service is slow to respond and, in my experience, they took very little accountability for the issues I encountered.

Please do your research before ordering, I certainly wish I had.

I ordered two birthday gifts costing just under £40. Delivery took 18 days from the date I placed my order.

When the parcel finally arrived, both items were damaged. One was in a cardboard box and the other in a plastic case, yet both had simply been placed together inside a single mailing box with inadequate protection. The damage appeared to be the direct result of poor packaging.

I contacted Little Kingdom immediately, providing photographs of the packaging and the damaged items. Their first response was to blame the courier and offer either replacement items or a 15% refund.

As the items were birthday gifts, replacements with another 18-day delivery time were of no use, and a 15% refund was unacceptable given that the gifts were damaged and unusable. I therefore requested a prepaid returns label, their returns details, and confirmation that I would receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs.

Several days later, they replied saying I could return the items to Austria at my own expense or accept a 50% refund instead. Returning the parcel would have cost me around £30, plus any applicable import charges, making it completely unreasonable. I again declined the 50% offer and repeated my request for a prepaid returns label and confirmation of a full refund.

A few days later I was told they did not consider the damage significant enough to warrant a refund and apologised for the inconvenience. It felt as though they were hoping I would simply give up, but I again requested a prepaid return and full refund.

After several more days of silence, I received another email that appeared to ignore the previous correspondence entirely. It apologised that I had received damaged goods and instructed me to return them to "[returns address]"—except no address was actually included. I can only assume they still intended me to send them back to Austria.

At the time of writing, the matter remains unresolved and I am only a few days away from the deadline my bank has given the retailer to resolve the dispute before proceeding with a chargeback.

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering ordering from this company to do plenty of research first. If something goes wrong, be prepared for slow responses, repeated negotiations instead of a straightforward resolution, and the possibility of having to involve your bank to recover your money.

Tried to palm off a product much smaller than advertised. Said it could be returned - to Austria!! Poistage would outweigh the value of the item They tried to offer partial rebate but wouldn't agree to paying the return postage (per UK law). Refund issued by my credit card using the "dispute resolution" process. They just got away with it!!

Also known as Little Kingdom. Avoid at all costs. Masquerade as a provider of quality, educational toys (Montessori!). Cheap, mass produced, poor quality (unsafe) items from China. Delivered from China, hence delivery issues. No Quality Control. Items are very poorly made, not as described and over priced. Temu/Shien are better and more organised if there's an issue. Getting a refund is virtually impossible. Raise a payment dispute via your payment card perhaps.

It was definitely not what they advertised the bucket was so tiny you can’t fit 2 hands in it so therefore there was not enough compound powder it was a total joke I complained they told me to purchase a bigger bucket which I did but they never sent anymore powder all the good reviews about this casting kit are truly fake I eventually got half my money back that’s all they offered or send it back at my expense to Demark not an English company so avoid this company I would put pictures on but it’s not giving me the option

Purchased game that didn’t work. Only given 50% refund. Returns address is in Austria. This company is not UK based as implied by their name.

Bought the tiny dreams sink for my grandaughter in May as a birthday gift.
Extremely disappointed with it.
Within 3 weeks, the pump stopped working.
It was only being used in accordance with the instructions.
I am very annoyed and feel ripped off.
I am sorry I was taken in by this scam.
My grandaughter is devastated ! She loved it 😍

I've ordered twice from this site, ok the items take time to get here, but the quality and the prices were well worth the wait.

Absolute trash, don't waste your money. Nothing like the items depicted on line, took ages to arrive, and all boxes just shoved in together in a plastic bag, so all arrived crushed and damaged, and not suitable as gifts. I am just about to start the returns process which I have read is challenging.

Never had a problem before but i am still waiting over a month i ordered well in time for a childs birhday present looked at tracking and it hasnt moved from when it was sent out 18th june customer service dont get back had to spend more money on a gift feel really let down

Misleading! Parts missing and then I'm told they aren't included despite being included on the description. I will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Good choice of lovely books, easy to order and didn’t take long to arrive. The quality was really good. My 15 month grand daughter loves it so much I have just ordered the zoo one for her. Thoroughly recommended.

Opened my order yesterday and had a very disappointed grandson a piece of tat that doesn't work I do hope I'm going to get my £17 pound odd back I wish I hadn't ordered this rubbish
