Love the toys that little kingdom sell for toddlers

I stupidly ordered 3 toys from little-kingdom-uk after seeing an ad on Facebook. When the goods arrived they were in a plastic bag with no padding or protection and as they are plastic that was unbelievable for a start! I paid with Paypal and tthe payment has gone thru as Temu!! Had I known it was a Temu product I would never have ordered it based on previous experience. The toys are shoddy and quite inferior to those advertised. Needless to say there is no indication of how to return them and who do I contact? little-kingdom.uk or Temu?

I wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering. Cheaply made rubbish. I ordered the item on the 9th August for my Grandaughters birthday on the 23rd August, I was charged £2.99 for "Premium Delivery", it arrived today 04/09/2026, in a badly battered box with some cut out felt inside.
If you see any good reviews,check to see if the person is verified by trust pilot.

Seems when ever I buy something from seeing a Facebook advert it’s not quite as good as it seems , I wish I’d come here first , their website does state return payment is on the buyer but I’m not sure this should apply when they send the wrong item ,, the item I received is ok and similar but it’s for a gift and would of liked the correct toy, and I wonder if it was because the item I wanted had sold out? , I was given a 30% refund as an alternative which I took and I was given an apology and the choice but I didn’t want to post the toy back to Austria at my expense, the items I received were poorly packaged and coming from Austria not the uk I felt that’s kind of misleading , not only that the box of the toy is covered in Chinese factory stickers and got beat up on the journey ,, so all in all not that that great for gift giving , would expect better and won’t use again , the actual toys are ok but they remind me of toys we use to buy on open markets in the old days.. ok but not the standard you expect nowadays in a competitive world .

This is an incredibly poorly run drop shipping business basically. Do not order from them!

I ordered two sensory swings. First they arrived with parts missing. I was promised replacements which never arrived. Weeks later I emailed to say I wanted to return the swings for a refund and then "miraculously" I got a notifcation saying the replacements had been dispatched that evening and they arrived next day.

However by now I have sourced alternatives and don't need these any more (plus the quality compared to the other ones I've bought is ATROCIOUS), but of course customer service are no longer replying to my emails.

Really disappointing and I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered bath toys for my 7 month old that arrived with orange staining due to battery leaking. As this is not only unusable, but also incredibly unsafe, I asked for a refund and was willing to send the item back. What I got instead was offer of 30% refund or I had to pay to return these to Austria!!
After back and forths, I was still only offered a 70% refund at most. Do not order for this company.

Cheap imitations from China masquerading as the real thing and hiding behind a .uk URL and a supposed Austrian presence....

Should have looked at trust pilot first!! Shoddy product and not representative of the advert. Essentially; package contains a few 4” squares of fabric, small scissors, a needle, a bit of stuffing and some embroidery thread. There are no templates and none of the little accent pieces shown in the advertising.
To return requires postage to Austria (or the offer of 30%off), so I guess they gamble that people can’t be bothered to go to the effort of returning at their own expense and they get away with selling such tack!!
Do not buy no matter how cute the item appears on facebook when scrolling!

I have just received the magnetic faces box. It is of very poor quality and there are even spelling mistakes on the box. Avoid ordering from this company. The website and the blurb about them being a group of parents is probably not true. Goods look to be shipped in from China. The magnetic faces box has gone in the bin.

Really poor. Package arrived (kids BBQ) battered. Not all items were in the box as shown on the packaging. 10% discount offered.
I said this was not good enough and I was told to return item at my expense (to Austria from the UK) eventually agreed reluctantly on 30% refund. Do not use this company

I ordered some educational wooden toys for my Grandson's Birthday from Little kingdom UK. When they arrived, the packaging was battered and the boxes inside too, so not good for giving as gifts. The toys were really disappointing, not the quality I was expecting, looked like cheap knock offs from China, very small pieces, not chunky as they looked on their website. When I requested to return and receive a refund I was informed I had to send them back to AUSTRIA. I packaged them up and took to local post office only to be told it would cost me over £20 to send back. I declined and then contacted Little kingdom. They offered a 30% refund and for me to keep the toys. I accepted this offer. My refund should have been £16.45, but I only received £8.37. Have tried to contact them again without success. Please AVOID this company.

We brought the unicorn and princess 20 piece craft set and yes some of the sets are lovely but we are missed quite a few bits and there was no glue with the kits which it was advise with. We have managed to make some of the crafts in the box.

I received a little train for my grandsons birthday from Little Kingdom. It's absolutely fabulous. A little spout to put water in that then gives off steam. Has sound and you can either have it stationery or moving about. Has little lights on and a scene that goes round on the top. I can't wait for him to see it. Can highly recommend and a lovely company to deal with. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

I have bought two items 19/08/2026 they arrived 27/08/2026 both items damage I have contacted the seller Little Kingdom on the 27/08/2026 advising both items where received damaged I sent the pictures of the damaged packaging and the damaged boxes inside they eventually replied and advised I need to send a video of the damage good they replied saying they would give me 15% off I explained the items where a present for my Granddaughter and that I would like a replacement they just keep sending the same email

DO NOT shop with this company they customer service is dreadful. You will not get a refund that you are entitled to by law they will do anything not to refund you.
Because it was truly clear I was not going to get a refund, I opened both products I have never seen such cheaply made toys both items have gone in the bin at a loss of over £60 to myself and no presents for my granddaughter so be warned.
I suspect the few positive reviews are fake this is the sort of underhand ta-ticks this company will stoop to to rob you of your hard earned money

Cant believe been scammed again,when will I learn,Purchased 2 items ,looked fantastic as advertised,arrived,box all burst and bashed,cheap flimsy kiddies microphone ,nothing like whar shown,PLEASE FOLKS STAY CLEAR DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE,always advertised on facebook,made out was from the uk,is cheap chinese tat,,emailed them several times to return,no reply,tells you it allWould not even give it 1 star. Ordered two toys. Delivery time well over two weeks. This was not made clear at all. Boxes the toys came in were completely battered. Outer cover was just a plastic bin sack type covering so no protection. Cannot use boxes to store toys in. The wooden toy does not have great build quality. It’s a puzzle type toy and one piece for example stands proud of the others. Very disappointed. Will not buy from them again.

My wife ordered for the first time on Little Kingdom on the 19th of August and the order was finally delivered today from Hong Kong or China poorly packaged in a plastic bag as a result of which the carton containing the toy was badly damaged in one area. Not the ideal condition in which to give as a present to our grandson for Christmas. Goods travelling long distances and going through customs and excise in two or more countries should be properly packed in strong cardboard boxes and not in a way for local delivery. Even Amazon delivers boxed items in cardboard boxes with added padding inside from their local warehouse.

For the time being if you are thinking of ordering anything for gifting from this company, think again. Damage to boxes and even contents is highly possible. We do not intend to order from them again till we are sure that service has improved from the reviews on here.

Bought what looked like nice sensory items for up coming birthdays. Delivery took ages, items look cheap and poor quailty and smaller than i thought they would be. Very dissapointed. No customer service human to speak to and looks like going to cost a fortune to return. Absoulutly awful company. Wish id read reviews first. Never again. Avoid!
