Opened my order yesterday and had a very disappointed grandson a piece of tat that doesn't work I do hope I'm going to get my £17 pound odd back I wish I hadn't ordered this rubbish

Something is very wrong here my bill in…

Something is very wrong here my bill in November 22 was 405 pounds my bill for December is 675 pounds even with Xmas cooking there is no way my bill can be 270 pounds more for one month ??????? This is rediculous , tried phoning this morning waited on music twice and both times the call just ended so need to speak to someone , not happy
