Completely amazing
I used The Partnership for my house sale in May 2026 and they did a brilliant job. There was a chain of two and we completed in 13 weeks. Shout out to Buddhima and Alice for all their hard work and professionalism getting the sale over the line efficiently.

In July I approached The Partnership again to do the conveyancing for my purchase property. My vendor and I had the right circumstances in place, and the vendor wanted a very quick sale, so I asked The Partnership if they could achieve the impossible, that being - completion in a week!

Ismail took on the challenge, and with hard work, efficiency, and diligence by Ismail we were able to complete in FIVE days. It was incredibly impressive. I owe a massive thank you to Ismail who was totally brilliant, and to Ellie and Karundeep for all their help and support throughout the process.

I am absolutely chuffed to bits. Never thought it could happen! Well done Ismail, you are a legend.

The Partnership uses an online portal which maps your progress and allows you to see what has been uploaded and whether anything is outstanding. There is always someone on the team available to speak to and all enquiries are dealt with promptly.

I highly recommend their service. I would use them every time, although I don’t think I will be moving again for a long time!

Traumatic experience from beginning to end. Poor communication throughout, I spent hours of my day chasing them constantly to get anything done. After 8 months of this, the sale eventually fell through. Key information was never passed on to the buyer's solicitors: they didn't even know we were selling as shared ownership, which caused significant misunderstanding around costs, with the buyer believing they would have to pay the additional rent. When the service charges were halved, this was also never communicated to the buyer's side. There was no meaningful communication between solicitors, and when I rang the firm directly they weren't interested and would fob me off. It took them a week to inform me that the buyer had pulled out…I was aware through the estate agent…and then they complained that I should have informed them!! I would not recommend. We have since successfully sold the same property with a different firm, the whole transaction took less than 3 months and was a genuinely positive experience. A complete contrast.

I will not use them ever again. I am very unhappy. The information provided was very vague with minimal explanation. Would never be personalised to our case, felt that no one knows our case each time we need to contact to find some answers. No rush at all, if not other related solicitors, I don't know where we would end up.

Great service from start to exchange, they portal that the Partnership use is very useful. and its easy to keep on top of the progress of your purchase.

This was my second time using The Partnership as I previously used them in 2018 to buy my first flat. I used them again to sell said flat and to buy a house with my wife.

This is the 3rd time I have used The Partnership, and the experience has been a mixed bag. What should have been a simple no-chain sale ended up taking 7.5 months. This was mainly down to the buyers solicitor, however at the start it was not managed well by Faisal and Scarlett, with months going by with no push back to the buyers solicitor, and little to no communication with me as to the status or options to resolve.

Thing began to improve significantly when Alex Best was assigned. He was responsive, kept me in the loop and importantly pushed back on the buyers solicitor to resolve the issues that had been going round in circles for month on end. A promotion for Alex! He was a superstar.

Just a shame about the earlier period of poor performance by the other members of the team on my case, and the financial losses I made from having an empty property stuck for months.

Excellent service provided by the Partnership on our house sale. Really good and prompt communication throughout. Both William McMullen and Michelle Ryan were very professional through out. The portal is extremely good too !!

The whole process was largely positive and the online portal they used is easy to use. I was particularly happy with them updating me automatically every week on Monday, without me asking. They were also very responsive to queries. Towards the end, we were a bit rushed and there were some minor imperfections with the completion, but they were more about the lack of time and the difficult synchronisation of two sides in the last moment. I'd recommend The Partnership to others and will consider reusing them in the future.

I used The Partnership for the conveyancing on my recent transaction, and they were fantastic throughout. Moving house is notoriously stressful, but their team handled everything with such professionalism that I felt in safe hands the entire time.

I am very happy with my experience with The Partnership.
Due to the vendor, my buying process was a pretty quick one - Bethany and Fred especially were excellent with dealing with the tight timeframe and getting me to completion as smoothly as possible. Their communication was excellent and they managed my purchase with great care. At exchange, Megan from the completions team also had excellent communication. I felt that I was well looked after throughout the process which at times was exceptionally stressful! I felt very reassured to have such a great team handling my purchase.

Their online portal is a dream.

Major problems between 5/11/25 and 22/01/26relating to POA which you have a copy
various complications raised about POA and appointment of a Trustee and referral to the court of protection.All this was unnecessary and eventually you confirmed that the use of an attorney under POA was acceptable which I had argued from the outset.
Information provided to 4Stamp was wrong more than once.
My original buyer dropped out and a new one commenced early Jan 2026
TR1 was drawn up incorrectly and also contract.
Fittings and contents form - you used the one from
previous buyer dated 10/25 which I had to point out.
Incorrect SDLT forms 26/02
In one case my son James was shown as Attorney although he is not named in the deed
02/03 continuing problems with SDLT forms (see email)including wrong completion date
Even 11 days after completion I am still getting forms to complete and my daughter is being referred to as Miss not Mrs
I have not listed all problems but reference to a number of lengthy emails will tell the full story.
Sorry but not the performance I would have expected from a professional firm
