I'm very happy with the whole experience. Communication was quick, clear and efficient, written in great English. Tracking was easy to find. Delays were very reasonable and my order was extremely well packaged, with a cute sticker sheet on top. All genuine products, no size mistakes. I will definitely order again. It's much better than Stylevana.

I purchased a product on July 15 and requested a cancellation within just a few minutes of placing the order because I found the exact same product for almost three times less elsewhere. Despite requesting the cancellation immediately, they refused to cancel my order.

The product finally arrived on July 29. As soon as I received it, I requested a return. I originally paid approximately $24, but they only refunded me $5.

After requesting the return, they never sent me the return shipping label I needed to send the product back. To make matters worse, they eventually canceled my return request themselves, leaving me unable to complete the return.

My experience with BAERRY has been extremely disappointing. They did not honor my immediate cancellation request, failed to provide the return label, and did not issue a full refund.

I’m sharing my experience so potential customers are aware of what happened before deciding to purchase from this company. 👎🏻

I love how easy it is to navigate the website and how each category is organized with the different products that they offer. I got the skin for toner pad, Clio eye palette and the fwee blush and they came in perfect condition and shipping wasn’t too long!!
