Received when expected. Liked the little samples. I e used the product before purchased in Korea so hoping it’s the same quality. Haven’t tried it yet. Pricing was reasonable.

They stopped selling my favorite shampoo, conditioner, and hair serum on Avon. I found them here, and they were beautifully packaged, and made my heart happy to stock up!

SkinSeoul has a good selection of K-Beauty products. Their prices are excellent! I received my order earlier than expected, even delivered on a Sunday! My order was correct, and I will definitely order from them again.

I had an issue with the delivery of one of the products, but I received a very quick response and the problem was resolved efficiently. Honest feedback here: Skin-Seoul’s website isn’t the easiest to use, it doesn’t display properly on the iPad. However, their products are great, and their customer service is second to none! The courier that they choose for Australia isn’t the best (took quite a while for the package to arrive, I think even Korea Post / Aust Post might have been able to deliver quicker). Overall, I will buy from them again.

Skin-Seoul has a lot of good products to choose from. I ordered the Vita-pair Vitamin C serum and I love it. I had the pleasure of actually bring in Seoul and was so happy I could purchase this product online. My package came in about 7 days, they kept me informed along the way and product was wrapped really nice and was given a handful of samples which was awesome! Definitely will be shopping with them again!! Thank you!!

If there is one thing I could wish for, it’s for a function to make different wish lists. I want to purchase for several different people with varying skin types in different climates. Being able to allocate products suitable for each person would really help.

I made my first order with SkinSeoul, all my items came well packaged and wrapped in bubble wrap and I even got a paper bag of free goodies to try out which was not mentioned at checkout. Was a nice suprise. Pricing was good too but not on all brands and products. I ordered mainly Innisfree and the pricing was good for them. I would recommend it. It did take a little while to arrive in AU because it’s coming from Korea but if you can wait more than a week you’ll be fine.

I’d been buying a Korean soap from a local shop here in the UK, but unfortunately they stopped stocking it, so I had to start looking online.

I came across SkinSeoul and was genuinely surprised to find the same soap considerably cheaper than I’d been paying locally. In fact, the price seemed so good that I wasn’t sure whether it was for one bar or for the pack of eight shown in the picture! I emailed their customer service team to check, and they replied almost immediately (especially impressive considering the time difference between the UK and Korea) confirming that the price was indeed for a pack of eight.

At that point, price-wise it was a no-brainer. The only thing that made me slightly suspicious was the delivery charge: under £5 to ship all the way from Korea to the UK sounded almost too good to be true! I decided to give it a try and paid by credit card, thinking that at least I’d have some protection if it turned out to be a con.

Well, here we are a few weeks later, and my soap has been delivered from Korea by a local courier! Everything arrived as expected, with no surprise charges, hidden costs or additional taxes to pay upon delivery.

Would I order from SkinSeoul again? Definitely. Based on my experience, it seems like a great source of genuine Korean beauty products at very reasonable prices. I’m very pleased to have found them - particularly now that I know I can keep getting my favourite soap!
