Bad faith. Incompetent. Predatory.
Awful company. They'll lock you into a subscription despite you requesting to pay for a one-time service, SPECIFICALLY through email. Once the subscription is locked in, you'll have no idea about it because of the lack of email communication, until you finally realise on your banking app when a bunch of money has been taken out. Finally, they'll make your life incredibly difficult when trying to cancel the subscription with their awfully unintuitive website, and also refusing to cancel the subscription internally when requested to do so (which is illegal). Proceed at your own risk.

The one-time payment option is available, but it was not the option selected for your order. The details of the subscription, including the recurring charges and cancellation terms, are also clearly set out in our Terms and Conditions, which are available before completing the purchase.
We would also like to provide some additional context regarding your case. Your original order was for a personal UTR application. After your order had been processed, you contacted us to request assistance with retrieving a company UTR instead. Although this was different from the service originally purchased, our team went above and beyond to help facilitate your request. We understand that you had experienced difficulties elsewhere, and we were pleased to assist where other providers had been unable to do so.
We always strive to provide clear information and excellent customer service. If you experienced any difficulties using our website or managing your account, we regret that this was your experience.
