I just had the first onboarding call with Augusta to get to know how all the prices would be.
As it is. my first time to do taxes in UK, she was very welcoming, explaining clearly and simply was very helpful and I look forward to starting working with them!

I've been incredibly impressed with Helpbox so far.

My first call was with Eden, and honestly, he was exceptional! He spent well over an hour and a half with me, patiently explaining business terms and tax-related information that I simply didn't understand as a complete beginner. At no point did I feel rushed; he took the time to make sure everything actually made sense rather than just giving me the answers and moving on and he was lovely with it!

On top of that, the quote and package offered were fantastic and comfortably beat every other quote I'd received. It was genuinely hard to say no!

The onboarding call with Lilia was just as positive. She was friendly, supportive, and explained everything clearly, which was a huge help for someone who's completely new to running a business.

What has stood out most is that they haven't just signed me up and left me to figure things out for myself. They seem genuinely invested in helping clients understand their finances and business responsibilities from the start and it has been clear already they act on behalf of the client with their best interests to gain as much money out of the business as possible compliantly with tax regulations.

I'm really pleased with the service so far and would highly recommend Helpbox. If the accountant I'm assigned is even half as good as the team who've supported me through the initial stages, I'll be very happy. I already know and understand so much more than I did a few weeks ago!
