Kiran is very patient - when I don't quite get something she takes the time and describes clearly and checks I (finally) get it ... not all accountants do that. I am not always on time and she gives me a very polite nudge, which is great. Response quality and times are brilliant. Very personable service, but also a great upgrade to the platform / backend makes tasks much quicker / simpler / less repetitive. Keep up the good work.
