Purchased 12 beige jumbo towels I received 1 brown towel wrong size wrong colour and on the packaging it said 2 towels phone number is not valid no replies or response from seller this is not a trustworthy company these are scammers

How you expect a review when you haven’t even delivered the goods I’ll never know! So if you would like a review based on ordered items to delivery it is still only one. Based on the performance of other companies who had received orders the same day and later - all gave delivered the goods. You’ve been printing a label for four days.

Ordered towels, very misleading listing. Listing referred to “4x” and “pack of 4” but only two towels arrived. The listing in the order confirmation email referred to two, but had already bought them by then so didn’t look closely at the email. Will be contacting Trading Standards.

Quick and easy delivery good quality towel thanks

Ordered towels, quality was not what I expected and contacted the company straight away a number of times I still have not heard back even though I sent them a number of emails. Bad service just for that I will not order better quality

Towels turned up absolutely perfectly wrapped and folded neatly, they are big as well .

My delivery status is “delivered” but I received no items.

The towels are nice but the customer service is very difficult to contact and the response time is even worse. I requested an invoice for my purchase but still waiting!! The colour is not what you order, I ordered Black extra large bath sheets for my salon, they looked black but putting them against Black throw they were navy!! Could not return as I had washed them. Also I ordered hand towels and received guest towels- much smaller

WARNING! Stay away from these scammers. I ordered two sets of towels on 3rd September, received a parcel from their sister company Toweltex Ltd, containing a roll up whiteboard panel & accessories (never ordered) on 6th September. I have been battling with them for over 6 weeks and they will not take any responsibility for the non-delivery. They would not even contact the packing/distribution, but told me to contact them instead!!
THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO TOWELS!

The towels I received do not match the photos of the towels I chose from the website. The ones I received are absolutely not what I want. So disappointing.

Arrived with loose threads and not as soft as they looked in the picture but will probably soften up after a few washes

The towel colour is nothing like the picture. You claim the colour is ‘plum’, i got ‘navy blue’.
You claim 800g Egyptian cotton, the towels are thin & similar to what I can buy in a street market.
Poor quality.
Over-Priced.
Colour-Blind.

Ease of ordering, delivered on time. Love the colour but unlike other jumbo towels I have bought previously there are a few snags which as I saw no indication on the web site that they may be seconds was surprised at. Size is perfect. Will I order from here again, yes
