Can believe how fast my order was processed, especially at this time of year. I ordered my le creuset wok on 23rd Dec and it arrived mid day 24th Dec. What a fantastic company to deal with. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again for any future purchases ✨

The towels are nice but the customer service is very difficult to contact and the response time is even worse. I requested an invoice for my purchase but still waiting!! The colour is not what you order, I ordered Black extra large bath sheets for my salon, they looked black but putting them against Black throw they were navy!! Could not return as I had washed them. Also I ordered hand towels and received guest towels- much smaller
Review of One Protect Insurance
Needed to change my address, was in the queue for 1hr 45mins then got a message as i hadn't responded to the agent, no message came through. Tried again and realised you need to refresh the screen!!
Charge to change address £170.45!!!. My new address was not available in the drop down menu as it is a new build so had to use live chat, apparently the charge would have the same either way. I was then told this had been discounted!!
Complete and utter disgrace
Will definitely NOT be using the company again!!!
Update, I was contacted due to my review, the person I spoke to arrangedca refund of the admin charge, she was very helpful. The bulk of the charge was due to the underwriters. I did appreciate the call

Anyone who has been scammed and had their hard earned cash stolen by these theives- contact your bank and raise a debit card fraud claim. I managed to get my money back the whole ordeal took from May-December. Don't just accept this loss. Send ALL your correspondence to the fraud dept at your bank, the more they have the better. Overjoyed to see they are permanently closed, but I'm sure they will pop up under another name
