Ordered thro eBay and they apparently?! Tried to deliver an item to a service centre three times but seems the locker was faulty the first and full the second and third times. The service centre is not one where parcels are left and the parcel should have come to my home address
I asked why they were delivering to this unknown service centre but never got a response

This company should be banned from Amazon it said next day delivery and a week later im still waiting. Absolutely rubbish customer service never order anything through them!

This is the second time I've been ripped off by a Chinese company I can't believe they have an ebay account that states the item comes from Leicester when it clearly doesn't there are more and more Chinese companies online posing as UK companies be aware I Can't believe I've been caught out twice in the space of six weeks

I used to order from Parts Geek and had my order within 5 days. Now they use Yun Express and the orders take three times as long if your lucky because their tracking system doesn't work. Just what you would expect from a low bidder Chinese company.

I'm always skeptical of severe online reviews, but if you can I think it's worth steering clear of YunExpress.
This is a budget courier and so I somewhat expected issues/delays - this is not why I gave it 1 star.

The 1 star rating is for the complete absence of customer support. No amount of emailing, submitting online forms, calling, texting, messaging social media accounts yielded any response.
Package is still lost and there is no support or communication from YunExpress.

They said there was no one to recieve parcel, yet they could have rung any other number to gain entry and leave 8t outside my flat number. Absolutely useless.

Beware of where online orders are being shipped from. Lately my orders are being thrown on my yard or driveway without any notification. Yun Express delivered or should I say the a package into my garage. Usually they threw it on my driveway so I guess I should be happy it was thrown in my garage and the package was not damaged. Even though I ordered through Amazon, seller opted to use this off beat, unprofessional company throwing packages from unmarked vehicles. Amazon said that is why items in ordered are cheaper and I look to see where in is coming from before ordering to make sure it will be delivered by a US reputable delivery service

Dreadful, orderd shoes on next day delivery, on day 5 now. Still no shoes tracking details make mo sense whatsoever, seller offering 15% off which is covering the postage ... unacceptable .
Do not order off them you are very likely not going to receive your item

This company doesn't follow delivery instructions and there isnt a way to contact a real person. They will either return your item to shipper which is usually in China or they will just leave your packages on the lobby floor for someone to steal your items. DO NOT ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT USES YUNEXPRESS

Originally I bought some stuff from the brand called Mello, i'm unsure if they always ship via YunExpress but if they do then they need to change their carrier ASAP because i'm also having the same issue with fake delivery attempts just like many other reviews on here...now someone did say that they actually ship from China and not domestically within the US so what i'm assuming is happening is the tracking info is fake on our end so that they have the time to ship overseas without us knowing...which would explain the "failed delivery attempt(s)" (which is also the reason why i'm writing this review, my building lobby is unlocked and other carriers have had no issues delivering my packages today around the same time so I know for a fact that the attempt was fake or the driver lied...) honestly if the company was just honest about shipping from China I don't think anyone would have much of an issue, but to lie and give fake tracker numbers and even fake delivery attempts is shady behavior...

No delivery photo, contacted support on WhatsApp no reply.
I always thought it’s Evri the worst courier but this courier changed my opinion.

NEVER TRUST EM IT TAKE THEM ONE WHOLE MONTH FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE FROM CHINA TO THAILAND THEY ARE LITERALLY 5 HOURS MAX AWAY

This business doesn’t even deserve one star. If I could give negative stars, I would. Yun Express is verrrrry bad in every way. Parcels are delayed for weeks or even months, the tracking is terrible, and parcels can even get misplaced. It’s always either delayed, misplaced, or returned. The worst courier service I’ve ever dealt with.

I really wish online stores would tell us which courier service they use BEFORE we make a purchase. That way, customers can decide for themselves. If I knew a seller was using Yun Express, I wouldn’t buy a single thing from them. Their service is THAT bad. Honestly, something needs to be done because this is beyond frustrating.

The package was shipped 4 days later than promised, now it has been out for delivery since Monday, and as of today (Wednesday), it still has not arrived. Called customer service and they told me they were unable to give me any information to where it was, they said there was 'no problem' with the package, and they told me they could not tell me when it will be delivered. 👍

i ordered something from Amazon without knowing they sent it by yunexpress! It’s been out for delivery for a week but never arrived. No way to contact the company or seller in my case. Never heard this company before and start to feel like a scam. So save yourself the hassle if they ship
By this company. Now I have to fight to get a refund

Website needs improving, impossible to find support, tracking "updates" don't actually update you on where your package is or when you will receive it.

Never again I’ve waited since 27th September for this parcel still not here it’s in scottland I live in Birmingham starting to think I got scammed never again

Items undelivered held up in customs for months, items lost, items returned to sender. Zero customer service.
