so absolutely disgustingly bad i cant believe
first of all ridiculous pricing because people associate them with wordpress.org
then when you actually want to use their wordpress and domain management, you can run into some loops as they just try to get more money out of you by upgrading
run from this service like the plague, there's far better priced and quality services than this

I dont like how they claim paid users can get help 24’7 thats a lie. Then on top of that you cna pay for an entire year and be shut down two weeks later no notification email or information on how to fix it. VERY WEIRD! Terrible customer service.

I’ve been working on my website with WordPress for about a month on a paid plan, and I’ve experienced a series of ongoing issues.

These have ranged from my nav bar repeatedly reverting to an old, not-working version, to my social accounts still not connecting properly. Yesterday, I logged in to check something and found that, on some pages, all the images were running together and the paragraph spacing had disappeared. I hadn’t made any changes to the site that day.

When I contacted support, the response was that I was using the wrong browser, followed by the suggestion that I had accidentally caused the issue myself. This has become a pattern. Each time I report a problem, the assumption is user error. After a lot of back and forth, sometimes over several days, WordPress confirms that the issue is a bug on their side.

This experience is more difficult because you are not dealing with one support adviser. That might change mid-conversation, so you have to keep explaining the problem.

I’m posting this review because, given the number of bugs I’ve experienced, I feel there may be something wrong with my account. I’m not looking for another round of troubleshooting. I would like someone to take an overview of my account, the backend and the pages, and investigate whether there is an underlying issue.

WordPress have offered me a refund, and that might be the best option. But after spending days of my life trying to get the site right, I would rather the glitches were identified and fixed.

Can someone please take a proper look through my account?

Zek was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was a slow learner but he guided me through pages and converting a word document to a PDF so I could post on my web site. For that help, I am very grateful.

I was very impressed with Wordpress hosting site migration and support. Top notch associates help online after migration and scheduled introduction to Wordpress.com. Overall I’d highly recommend for an affordable website and support. It took the stress out of my move for a non-profit site to a helpful affordable option. Working with WordPress support is always a great experience. They helped me solve the one problem about turning on Help. Turns out it was fairly simple and a little change to the interface. As far as trying to help me with the review page, we didn’t get very far. I didn’t really draw a conclusion just gave me some ideas which is good. I’m in advanced computer person anyway.

I’d do it again

Learning about a new website has been challenging for me and I haven't practiced enough between onboarding calls. However nothing has been too much trouble to go over several times and Nick at WordPress has always been patient and positive however much I have dragged my feet. With his help I will get there!

For what it's worth, Wordpress does very well for setting up websites. It has an easy to use interface with smooth navigation. The one thing that could use some improvement is providing solutions and plugins for free users. Not everyone has deep pockets.

Other than that, it's very good overall.

I had been a customer of IONOS for over ten years. In the last few years, IONOS has been using WordPress for website development. I trust IONOS, so I started using WordPress. Though I encountered some difficulties, IONOS's support helped me. My nightmare started when I published my blog. Foreign organizations and hackers had used it to promote all kinds of websites, including pornographic ones. I have to dedicate a lot of time EVERY DAY to clean out my blog. It has happened for months now. I tried to find help without success. Even escalated the case in IONOS customer service. They say I should follow what I already tried, without success. DO NOT TRUST IN WORDPRESS as a tool in IONOS.
