Used to recommend them all the time

Used to recommend them all the time. It was simple to use, hosted many a site with them, great customer service. Now? It's terrible. Bloated content and options. No customer service unless you think AI is valid for all of its assumptions and vague responses. I have to say I hate Wordpress at this point but I'm so longterm a customer that starting elsewhere is (Almost) too daunting...then again, it's a shit show right now.

Incompetent Santa Fe office…

Your company's Santa Fe office is incompetent and understaffed. As a result, I have complained before and now again. Every three months I am given a stack of 6-8 letters that have been sitting there, unscanned, and despite my going in every Thursday or so to pick up parcels. Because of their inability to do what your company promises (24 hours between scan/pick up), I have got a package sent to me in May that was give n to me in October. Today, the fourth time this bulk late delivery has happened, there was a notice from my car insurance from Feb. Another from Income support in November. A notice from my health care that a mammogram had found a lump - on Feb 5th. There is no excuse.
Their response below denies that letters lingered without being scanned for months- one from November til April. I have photos as proof. This reply from the company is not an apology or a solution.

Incompetence/Months Too late

I'll be posting this on BBB and Yelp etc but wanted you to have a chance to respond. I have an account based with you and at 1704 Llano Street, Suite B in Santa Fe, NM. Last winter, in October when I went in I picked up a few small packages as noted in my app and account. Also I was handed about eight other envelopes and three packages. One of the packages was sent to me in May 2025. It was not logged in to my account but by the date on the outside, had arrived in NM at the office in June. The stack of envelopes had notices from my health care that needed immediate response. In the months that it lay at the mail box facility, I lost my health care. Same for the auto insurance. And now, once again, when I go in because I know a packet from Amazon was there, nothing showed on my app or account. I was given 9 envelopes. Some dated back to Dec 5th. Again, nothing showed up. It was only because i dropped by for one packet that the man even looked and found this huge stack.
I can not risk using your company anymore unless you do something. I can not risk losing my healthcare AGAIN or driving uninsured AGAIN or worse, losing my USA residency because of your company's incompetence.

So what is the solution? What can you do to make this facility work properly?
