The story begins in 1993. After a bracing and inspiring walk along a coast path in Cornwall, Weird Fish was born with a simple mission: to produce well priced, well made and distinctive clothes that become instant feel-good favourites. Over 28 years later we are proud to still have the same founding values at our core, as this is what makes us Weird Fish. The Weird Fish shoal choose us because we offer something different from the norm. A sense of fun, an eye for practicality and plenty of style and quality. We pride ourselves on the provenance and quality of our clothing, and work closely with our trusted suppliers to ensure our factories adhere to our strict rules, such as no child labour, and excellent working conditions.We are always looking for cleaner and greener processes with many of our products moved to sustainable fabrics. We live for that Friday feeling. Whether we’re unwinding by the coast, walking our dogs, or just catching up with friends at the local, the weekend gives us the time to unwind and be ourselves. We believe everyday should be full of the freedom and fun that the weekend gives us. This belief is lovingly stitched into every Weird Fish product. Everyone has an old, trusty favourite in their wardrobe. You know the one we’re talking about; the well-loved jeans or ‘washed 100 times’ T-Shirt that puts you in a good mood the moment you put it on. Every piece of our clothing starts with that feeling in mind because we deserve this sort of comfort every day.

Still waiting for refund almost a month after returning item

Nothing wrong with the products. I ordered two different sizes and returned one, which was delivered to the Yorkshire Parcels Hub on 29.06.26. I'm still waiting for a refund on 21.07.26 and unable to raise the query via the Debenhams website.
22.07.26 Update: Weird Fish contacted me after leaving this review, and they have acted on my query and a refund is being issued.

I ordered a Calder Heavy Weight Padded…

I ordered a Calder Heavy Weight Padded Jacket on the 28th June and returned it on 4th July using Royal Mail 48hr return service as it was too big
On the 15th July the parcel was being held by Weird Fish and not booked in, I’ve not received a refund. It took many emails and until 21st July before my refund reached my bank.

I loved the variety of items Weird Fish…

I loved the variety of items Weird Fish has to offer and I’m very pleased with my purchase - two skirts, both sale items. The skirts are made of a good quality cotton jersey and fit beautifully. It was easy to place them in my shopping basket, follow through with placing the order and paying.
