Beware—absolutely shady business practices. The goods never arrive, and Vesira simply doesn't respond; there is no communication—you are just ignored. Even PayPal's seller protection doesn't help in this situation. I advise everyone against ordering from them. Despite having a German online presence, the company is actually based in Seville. No one ever answers the hotline!

Nothing wrong with

Very long and bed delivery. First time my purchase was delivered to another person. And in total delivery was about more then 3 weeks.

I bought Elemis day cream, they were - 66 % off, so ordered two. I received two tubes some fake Elemis tubes, i am so disappointed!! In tube reads "for professional only" the cream is not Marine Cream at all!!
They took my money, i try to get it back, i lost 85 euros. Elemis marine cream is in green can, but these looked like toothpast! I will never ever order nothing from there ever dont you too. DONT BUY!!!!

The shipping was a bit slow within Europe and then locally it was delivered to a wrong parcel shop so I had to wait additionally one week (but this is not the web shop's error). The products are received were genuine and safely packed. I will be ordering again. They do tend to get some discontinued items from time to time, so it's worth looking a little bit extra if you know what you are looking for.

After a long wait my Guidance 46 from Amouage has arrived!!! Fake fake fake!!!! QR code didnt work, plastic thin and cheap not completely sealed but still I couldn’t believe they would send me a fake product! I opened the box to verify the code and it couldn’t be found! So I wrote to them for the refund and they say there are no fake amouage on the market when the entire market is invaded with fake products. They said I can return if I didn’t open or unsealed the product when I told them I open to look inside for the code on the bottle. So now I wait to see if I will get my 350€ I paid for a fake product or I will have to take this to the European Commission . Just do yourself a favor and don’t buy from this company.

The worst, had to wait for more than 10 days to recieve a small perfume, and it wasn´t cheap either. They promised 5 days and missed the event it was intended to. So not buying from there again

They don’t want to issue a refund for a perfume that was “lost” and return to them.

Two orders delivered in three weeks....perfume and Clarins products....arrived promptly. This is my fourth order from Vesira and I am very happy with the quality and price.

My order is being returned but it was never delivered in the first place. I entered all the details correctly but DHL informed me today that the street address is missing and they blame Vesira, the package will be returned to Spain because of it. I am not getting a response from Vesira. I can't believe this.

While I love the product that I ordered and received it in perfect condition, delivery was a issue, I received an email telling me what day i would received it, I was then contacted and told there was a delivery problem and it would be delivered the next day, the same thing happened. I should have received it on the Monday but actually received it on the Friday, while this wasn't a major issue it was annoying.

Run away ! I received a defective package and wanted to return it. They accepted my request without any support or shipping slip, and then, if necessary, they deducted it from my refund. My return from Paris cost 20 euros! It's super expensive. They have no competent customer service and no understanding. Run away, they don't deserve your money.

I ordered in the evening two Orders and then get the information that i need to leave the country for Work for a Longer time. Wrote Them in the morning to please cancel the Orders and within 2 hours i got a mail and a total refund at PayPal. Very nice and very quick Service. Thanks

Avoid!!! Returned a perfume back I never wanted from the start, but was too late as it got shipped. Then I had to pay my own shipping to return, once it arrived they claim it was opened and used! Which was impossible as I didn't even open the shipping box. And I checked if the shipping firm opens and tests items they ship, which of course they don't, it's not reasonable a shipper breaks seals like that! In the email thread discussion they act ignorantly and like a brain dead robot. I will never enter this website again.

They send the products in time and in good conditions.
I am very satisfied of Vesira because i can find here my beloved brand TOUS in a good price.

They sent me wrong product. I got returning label from customer service and I returned product. Never I didn't get right product or money back. When I send email to customer service, they didn't answer for me anymore. I was contacting to European Union Consumerism lawyer, because I expected that company is spanish (website was Spanish language). Lawyer couldn't help me with this case because Vesira is Chinese company. I am recommending to avoid this company. I lost 73 euros.

Perfect thanks. Quick delivery. Second time purchasing from Vesira and Would buy from again.
