I searched specific Pandora Charm for my kid, and found original only here. I searcked for them carefully, but seems all was okay, not a scam website. Then ordered, and after 2 weeks arrived to Hungary (it was customs delay, but not their fault at all). Arrived in nice well packed. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the experience. Up until now, I still haven't received my order. The announced delivery times (4 to 8 days) are not respected at all. On top of that, there is a total lack of information and transparency regarding the parcel tracking: the status hasn't moved and customer service doesn't respond to emails. This lack of communication is completely unprofessional.

This is my swecond time buying from this website and they are ligit. Highly recommend. Their sent catalog is great. Will buy from them agian.
Delivery was fast to me and I recived update along the way. Packing was nice as well.

The whole thing was excellent, my order came well packaged and they all smell great. Shipping was a little bit late to the UK, but they are worth waiting for. I am happy with my items with additional three samples.

Very poor staff attitude in the Tenerife Siam Mall branch.

I left a fragrance on a different shelf in store after deciding not to purchase it and to think about a larger purchase instead. Upon leaving, the manager came aggressively shouting at me for forgetting to put it back causing a huge scene scolding my wife and I.

Disgusted in her attitude and demeanour and definitely won’t be returning for the larger purchase.

Single handedly damaging the reputation of a whole store by the looks of it from other customers’s experiences and reviews - have a think about who you want to be the face of your company.

If I could give no stars I would but it won’t let me, very dodgy site ordered perfume with engraving , came late for birthday with no engraving and I had to pay the full price plus engraving I never got , disgusting and rubbish customer services. Angela young

Very good price for 200ml of Eau Sauvage edt . Fairly quick delivery to Uk. Will definitely check more often.

Firstly the product was 40% below average UK price and that delivery was relatively quick from Spain - under two weeks.
While I had doubts that the perfume would be genuine - it seems 100% authentic based on packaging and wrapping - I am not an expert on fragrances so cannot comment on contents.
finally the item arrived well packed and with free samples - very happy customer

They offer a great selection of brands that are absent in my country and they package their goods really well.

I have bought a few times now with no problem and have been very happy even if postage to the UK is a tad bit of a slow pace roughly 8 to 10 days. However I am rather disappointed with Sabina today

The item was a birthday gift not cheap really costing £90 Perfume. JPG to be precise, anyway I unpacked it when it arrived today, Birthday is tomorrow and found that the tin had been sparsley wrapped in paper. never had anything so skipped on wrapping before, but again that is not the problem. The box is fine indicating that there was no damage in it travelling from Spain to the UK however the tin itself is completely squashed on one side which would have been evident before packing to be sent out. In the UK this would have been classed as a second and not a new item! Yet Sabina still decided to hand the problem onto someone else rather than themselves. Something that should not have happened at all this is not damage due to travel.
I am now in doubt as to whether I would order again from Sabina if they think that sending out damaged goods is acceptable. Feeling rather angry at the moment. Make sure you check your items when they arrive if they have done this to me then obviously it's probably happened before and not mentioned to often
