Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Julia & Kieran when first making contact via WhatsApp & email. They responded quickly, dealt with my query efficiently, and were friendly & helpful (and my query wasn’t run of the mill).
As a result, I’m moving my 12 cats across to PetScanner from another company, and will be registering all of my new kittens / microchips with them from now on. Affordable prices with customer service that’s second to none - quite rare these days! Thank you.

Pet Scanner - rehomed cat
Pet Scanner helped me to register my rehomed cat’s microchip to me after the original owners were unresponsive and had abandoned her. I found them very friendly and responded promptly to my messages. No charge to them for this service. I would definitely recommend them to microchip your pet.

I read through the one star reviews, it would seem that
