Horrible wasp extermination service
The company failed to deliver on the promised wasp extermination service, for which I paid a hefty sum, £130! After their visit, the wasps weren't completely eradicated, and a week later, there were about a hundred of them. My numerous calls to the office were met with the reply, "We'll call you back," but no one ever called.

I would recommend them
I would recommend them. Did exactly what they promised, and took care that my cats were kept safe throughout. I would happily use them again though I hope I never have to!

I had to use alternative service
Advertising a prompt response was certainly not my customer experience. Good people to speak to but I never had a follow up call or any detail of my quote breakdown for Bee removal.
