An extremely useful resource to support in the growth of our dog family. We have four dogs and they all love and respond to different games - a wonderful fun and playful way of working with your dog to create happier and more relaxed doggies. I highly recommend the training programmes and membership. The team are empathetic and non judgemental.

A recent post from Tom on play prompted me to comment here. My relationship with my gsd is so good purely from our play. When he was a pup although he would get over threshold I never needed to be harsh with him. Our relationship was purely based on games and understanding him. I love Tom's training!

The Hub has been enormously helpful in settling in our high-energy (bonkers!) rescue dog. It has so many tips and strategies, and all the thinking behind it is really well explained too, so that while you’re helping the dog develop coping skills, you’re developing your own skills through a better understanding of what’s going on in the dog’s mind. And I can’t thank the Help My Dog team enough - especially Emily, who has been particularly brilliant!

I joined Help My Dog from a Facebook ad for barky dogs and joined the course and the Hub. The Hub has a huge amount of information about so many issues and is a fantastic resource for any dog owner. I strongly recommend joining if you have a dog with issues.

Help My Dog has some wonderful exercises and games to do with your pet to build connection and communication. There is a LOT of information and many instruction videos to pick from.
We decided to go in a different direction after about 4 months and using the directions, our subscription was stopped before the next payment came due as they said it would be. Very honest and solid experience.

I paid for this course after asking if it was suitable to help with my dog's barking, it is certainly unrealistic in my case anyway to change your dog in ten days. The games are all played with dogs who already know how to do them and I did ask for further guidance with one game and after chasing them received a holpful reply. Tom is very friendly but he is constantly trying to sell you the Hub and Behavet and it became quite annoying as it just felt the the ten day plan was just a way to lure you in. To be honest you would be best saving your money and finding these games online. It has helped me a little but I didn't feel I got my money's worth.

This company is the absolute best for any kind of help with your dog be it training, advice on just about everything, behaviour problems and amazing support from the hub members.

I am starting to see a big improvement in my dog's behaviour and confidence since starting the course. The technical support team have been very helpful and patient.

Help my dog has been pivotal in my journey into understanding my reactive dog's emotional world. I love that I can look up topics on the website by skill struggle or behaviour. I love that it is self paced and as an expert member, I get my super nerdy neuroscience questions answered!

True to their word, honest and trustwoethy. I tried the Help my dog program. Unfortunately there was no huge success with my dog and I. So I contacted them and received a full refund. HOWEVER I haven't given up. I intend to use the refund to and purchase the Separation Anxiety program. Hoping this is a better fit for her right now.

Just getting started with the process but so far am very impressed with the positivity of the program! And my little Ollie is responding so well to the games we're playing.

I felt this particular product is more suited as a preventative training to reduce minor distractions and increase engagement. I can see it being great with puppies or adolescents developing minor problems or testing boundaries. This is a great first step for indoor training but it’s only the base level. More courses are needed to work up to the behavioural levels. It was a disappointing experience for me but the customer service quick response and action was excellent and very much appreciated.

Customer service is top notch, they have always helped me quickly and professionally. The program is amazing and has helped my dog a lot, we still a ways to go but we are getting there!

Exercises are explained in an easy to follow way. It's all super encouraging.
AND my dogs love playing the games and are improving.

Great support. They got me right on and it worked perfectly. It took a couple of minutes from submitting an email request to resolution.
It is so difficult to get good customer service - it is all AI chat bots that spew idiotic, trite "help" and/or lock me into choosing from multiple options that have nothing to do with my issue. I am really pleased this went so well.

1st of all, I love the way he teaches the science behind it all. Then he brings the science to life with action and showing a step by step with a dog. This allows for seeing the mechanics and allowing for a confident go at it. Thank you for bringing this to dog trainers everywhere. This is for all levels of dog trainers and behaviorists, never stop learning.

The code they sent me via email to access the program doesn’t work and no one has replied to. Y requests for help with this. I just threw away the money.
update: despite the response from Emily below I have not received an email from anyone at Help My Dog about this problem.
