I’ve been using Pet Pals South Durham for a very long time and would only ever consider using them to look after my dogs. They are reliable, trust worthy and amazing with my girls. They are in safe hands with Helen and Paul and I can go to work knowing they have had a good long walk through the day! Would highly recommend them

James has been walking our German shepherd pepper and collie lab Luna while we go away a couple of times a year for a few years now . It’s such a relief knowing we can totally relax while we are away. His daily reports are so detailed and also with some relaxing humour which for me makes me even more relaxed . The girls adore him and he does them , what else could a pet owner ask for . I trust him in my home which for me is a rarely the case. We used Petpals Wokingham & Sandhurst to look after our one year old cat and 6 month old kitten when we went on holiday for a week. We were nervous because it was our first time leaving them but we didn’t need to be: Peter was absolutely wonderful! Photos, latest information, cleanups where needed and lots of tickles and cuddles for the cats.
Outstanding value, excellent service and we’ll definitely be back!

Billy is our 1 year old working cocker spaniel. He absolutely adores Sue. Would highly recommend this service. You can tell that they care about our pets and I worry less knowing that our boy is in such good, knowledgeable hands. Great service.

We used PetPals (Wokingham and Sandhurst) for our house rabbits for a few years. Sadly the buns aren't with us now. But I was impressed with their flexibility of availability and the fact they were willing to water our house plants too! Very trustworthty and reliable. Always appreciated the photos they gave each visit too.

We couldn't recommend our sitter Monique more highly. From the very beginning she has been friendly, professional and incredibly reliable. The whole experience is stress free with updates and photos provided for peace of mind while we are away. Would definitely recommend to anyone requiring sitting / dog walking services.

Our dog has been looked after by pet pals on a number of occasions. Paul and Helen really look after her and keep us up to date with pictures and a shirt narrative to let us know how she is.

I have used Monique at Petpals for many years now. My dog Zak loves her which says it all. She is kind, reliable and enables me to have holidays knowing my dog is as happy as I am.

Peter at Petpals (Wokingham and Sandhurst) took great care of our GSP whilst we were away. We received daily updates and photos which were great. It’s the first time we had left him to go away so we’re quite anxious but petpals kept our minds at ease. Buddy took to him straight away even our old lab allowed Peter through the door with no growls which is a rare occurrence. Would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the service, prompt, organised and very friendly. Monique is lovely with the dogs, we would not hesitate to recommend her to other dog owners.

Our Scooby has had a recent boarding holiday with Petpals Southampton. He had a fabulous time judging by the regular photo’s and updates sent by Monique via WhatsApp.
We enjoyed our holiday knowing he was being well cared for- he clearly adores her and vice Versa. In fact I think we were more excited to pick him up than he was !

Nala has made so many best friends, and her socialisation has come on brilliantly. Her walks are full of fun, exercise, and excitement — a great break for her and a great break for me too. PetPals isn’t just a business; it genuinely feels like a warm, supportive community.
Their customer service is exceptional, they always go above and beyond, and their love for the dogs comes before anything else. Suzie, who runs PetPals, is absolutely amazing — compassionate, organised, and completely dedicated to the dogs in her care.
