Ordered rat bait , dpd have still got it stuck in their warehouse over a week now ... emailed twice to pest control supermarket to sort it , I gave them their order number , and dpd numbers ... on Monday...its now Wednesday still not heard from .P.C.S.. I've asked for a refund. As had to purchase the bait from someone else .. Still no answer kept my money and they're not bothered... disgusting customer service
