I have previously used these guys to eradicate clothes moths but this time it was rodents. Ugh. The service is quick and they are nice people to work with. They give helpful advice on how to ensure that you don't get them back again. Let's hope he's exterminated them good and proper.

Arrived promptly. Very pleasant. Laid out 4 trays around the garden. Gave us good advice and planned a 2nd visit with us in 2 weeks time.

Great guys and know what they are talking about, and caught our loft squirrel!! We did get couple of follow up appointments cancelled on the day but was easy to rebook and spoke with the customer services. Traps are all reset for next follow up.

Chris arrived at the agreed time and on arrival discussed our issue and then did an external survey with me to look for points of entry.
He then did an inspection of the rod space and found where ingress ha taken place.
He then explained was his suggested action was and with my agreement laid the necessary traps etc.
Access within the roof space was limited but Chris managed to get to the required area.

Adam was very calm and reassuring. He explained the issues and talked me through each step to what he was looking at and why he was doing what he was doing. Very quick to get out to me to within a few hours of getting in touch.
