So you know, most of the reviews on the products are bought. They pay people to give good reviews via a site affiliated to them. I was contacted and when I declined their offer they started cursing at me, calling me names etc.

I ordered a wine fridge that was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 working days. After 3 days of waiting, I contacted limango but had no clue where it was when it would be delivered. The following day, I receive an email from PDP that the order was rerouted back to the sender because the address was incorrect. As it was later on discovered, limango inputed the wrong address to my parcel therefore the courier company had to return back to them.However, not only they did not do anything to fix it but they instead told me that I will be refunded 12-14 after the parcel gets back to them and in case I wanted to get the wine fridge I would have to place a new order!!!! What a scammy company you guys are!! Stay away

Very good prices. Everything worked great and im very ! happy with the stuff i bought on sale but i admit i picked some gems ;)

I “worked” there as an agent, at their platform, they took from me 2500 euros via crypto, this is a scam site, be careful. Don’t buy from them

it was the worst experienve, they say will that ypur package will come for 2-3 work days but i have take the package after 10 days and another package i hadnt take yet.

I ordered 2 hats for our 2 year old twin daughters 2 months ago. When they arrived (2 weeks later) they were unfortunately too small. No return label was included and no option was available online to return so I emailed them as per their requirementsto obtain this.
I have repeatedly been emailing them now for over a month requesting a return label and a refund. Initially they said they had sent a return label however I have pointed out to them on numerous occasions that that was for an entirely different order number and item (gloves).
Despite this they have still not sent a return label nor provided a refundfor these hats.
My previous few emails over the last 2 weeks have gone completely unanswered.
I have now had to resort to advising them that I will need to take legal action for my refund if it is not forthcoming and if they don't have the courtesy to respond to this complaint.
I will NEVER be using limango again and it is important that other customers are aware as to how they breach their legal requirements on returns and how unreliable their returns procedure and customer service are.
In response to limangos disingenous and unhelpful response below This is in relation to order number MC20230979587. Since I have received absolutely no replies the messages I have already sent to the below email address on Nov 13, Nov 7, Oct 27 and the replies before that are incorrect which is the whole basis of this review, limangos comment below is pointless and untrue.
As a second update to my earlier comment, despite both numerous emails, threatened legal action and this review and the promise made below PUBLICALLY (which was clearly totally untrue) I have STILL not heard a word from limango and have still not been refunded. In the UK this would be a breach of the sale of goods act and totally illegal. Here in Germany I would be very supprised if there was not similar legislation - i certainly have a legal right of return which they have breached. Further to that it is immoral and attrocious customer service. Limango I expect a return of my money IMMEDIATELY.

I have been a customer of Limango for a year or 2 and the purchase this time is absolutely a mess, I can totally understand their delivery time, and I am fine with it! Unfortunately, this time parcel was separated by 3 and they informed me, 2 that the courier had come and passed my parcel to my neighbor but surely I couldn't find my parcel and limango has asked me to chase my parcel myself instead they doing their job. By now I still have one item with unknown status!
Even though I like their shop but I don't think it will be worth it to shop there anymore!

In the last three weeks I ordered seven products for the room of my children. Six of them came in an unacceptable condition: two pieces of furniture were made very badly and came damaged. The Betthimmel came with holes. A hook and a mirror cam damaged as well. Four article came without an original package and without labels of the producers. It looks like limango sells used articles or the articles that we send back by other customers.
To make a complaint make no sense: it is just a waste of time. They offer a 20 percent discount for a damaged item or a return. However, I have to bring back to the post office by myself heavy pieces of furniture with a weight of more than 20 kg! And it’s simply not possible for me.
In the past I ordered a lot from limango and now I will try not to buy from them. Order number 27230602499

It is simply not possible to use the voucher Limango gave you. I complied with all conditions, and it is still not possible to redeem the voucher automatically before payment is done. Customer support is absolutely not helpful and sent only formal replies.

I am ordering from limango for years now. Never had anything that I could complain about in terms of quality, delivery or reliability. The only thing I would recommend is not to put the original prices higher than they are in reality in order to show higher percentage of discount. It is not too difficult to search on the web for prices on the brands' websites

I will never order with them again. The fact that they work with Hermès, the delivery company is enough to run away.

Basically, everything is available at convincing prices. The delivery takes some time, but usually, it is worth waiting for.
