Amazing food. Great service. Got my order perfect. Love the biscuit in every order and fries are great. Allowed me to wait out the horrible downpour outside as well

It is now so noticable on how little chicken you get now. your burger fillet is tiny. even when you change the bun the chicken slice barely fills half the bun. not only that but the batter on the outside makes it look bigger. but you strip back that covering and there is hardly any chicken.. the taste has gone, the service is poor.and the price has almost trippled since 2020. and with the way you breed your birds so fast and not in a great way. i am surprised anyone wants to eat your fake chicken.. Even the colonel said it is shite and shite it is

I went to kfc in Hermitage Pa. And I ordered a family meal. They told me to wait about 10 min. I waited 10 then went inside and stood there for another 10. The manager put my order in a bag, sat it on the back counter then never said anything to me. 3 employees were outside. No one said hello can I help you or anything. The spot was dirty. Coleslaw on the floor, chicken wings on the floor. Service was horrible. I will never go back.

Dear KFC South Africa Customer Care,

I am formally escalating a serious food-safety complaint regarding food purchased from the KFC Mount Edgecombe branch in Durban.

On 24 August 2026, I purchased KFC Mash & Gravy from the Mount Edgecombe branch. While eating the food, I discovered what appears to be a cockroach/insect leg in the gravy.

I immediately photographed the foreign object, including clear close-up photographs showing its shape and segmented appearance. I have retained the food, container and foreign object as evidence.

I contacted the manager of the Mount Edgecombe branch directly to report the incident. I am extremely disappointed that the only resolution offered to me by the manager was a refund of R25.90.

A refund of R25.90 does not adequately address the seriousness of a suspected insect/cockroach part being found in food served to a customer. My concern is not simply the cost of the meal; it is the potential food-safety and hygiene issue at the premises and the possibility that another customer could be exposed to the same problem.

I therefore request that KFC South Africa urgently:

1. Register this as a formal food-safety complaint and provide me with a complaint/reference number.
2. Investigate the Mount Edgecombe branch, including its food preparation, storage, cleaning and pest-control procedures.
3. Arrange for the foreign object to be properly examined if necessary to establish exactly what it is.
4. Confirm whether the branch's pest-control records and food-safety procedures are compliant.
5. Explain what corrective action will be taken at the restaurant.
6. Provide me with a written outcome of the investigation.
7. Review the response provided by the branch manager, as I do not consider a R25.90 refund an adequate response to a potential food-contamination incident.

I have photographic evidence and have retained the relevant food and foreign object. I am willing to provide these to KFC or the appropriate authorities for examination.

If this matter is not properly investigated and addressed, I will consider escalating the complaint to eThekwini Municipality's Environmental Health Services and other appropriate consumer/food-safety authorities.

I expect this matter to be treated as a serious food-safety complaint and not simply as a request for a refund.

Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide me with the relevant reference number.

The last two times have been horrible. The first time they made substitutions on my order but never asked me if it was OK and I didn’t realize it till I got home 20 minutes later with this information I called to place my order again made sure that they would have what I ordered in the order. I was told it would be no problem, they asked when I would be here. I said 20 minutes they said not a problem. They had the chicken and that was it. I came down to pick up my order and they didn’t even have my order started now I have to wait another 20 minutes so the chicken has time to cook to fill my order.

This will be the absolute last time I spend my money with KFC!

22 Aug 2026 KFC on Central Ave in West Duluth. Is a pure rip off. I ordered 3 3 piece meals. Got all the way home, only 2 meals were in the bag. Biscuits were horrible. Tried calling them for at lease 2 hours, phone was continually, busy. The worker who prepared the food, needs to get fired. Lazy people don't care.

I visit this location very often. My 93 year old Daddy LOVES KFC!! The people here are very professional and nice!! I will continue to come back as often as I do. Last visit was 8/21/26 ticket #1999. Thank you Colonel Sanders for terrific fried chicken!!!

You guys use to be awesome. I remember as a kid your sandwiches were amazing your popcorn chicken was incredible but now you glue together crappy chicken for your burgers and your popcorn chicken is literally disgusting same crappy quality as McDonald’s not even real chicken. You went from being the best to the absolute worst. I will never pay for your garbage food again. You better change your practice because poppy’s and Mary browns are actual good food. Not sure how you could deceive your customers as bad as you have. I predict you won’t be here very much longer because people are as dumb as you must think we are

The KFC chicken on Route 65 is absolutely disgusting. I have been there 2 times now and the chicken was hard, over cooked and just disgusting. I was hungry that day and I have never been more disappointed in dinner. Yuk.. I will never go there again.

Used to be good back in day but not as great anymore.

It is tasteless, dry, the fries are worse that animal waste,the coating has no taste at all, I actually can't rate a fastfood place lower and you know it is serious when the gravy can't save them (by the way has become wa
tery and not worth buying).

The store at Berwyn Heights, MD is the worst of them all. Cashiers have the worst manners, acts like little brats and not professional at all. They got my order wrong, made me wait forever and then showed attitude! I don't need to spend my money with them. They can go out of business. Their chicken is always dry anyway. I will go to popeyes cross the street to enjoy juicy chicken and great customer service. Bye KFC. Never coming back!!!!

The kfc in Lewistown pa has very poor customer service. Ordered on the app and when I picked it up they told me they were out of popcorn chicken. I could not get what I ordered because they were out and their longtime employee,her name is Peg , she got a terrible attitude with me and talked about me to another employee,loud enough that I could hear her. If Peg isn't giving the younger workers there a hard time, she's talking about the customers. Do better Peg, learn to treat people with a little respect, your so mean!

The worker is horrible to the customer and really rude

I went for the Zinger deal on top of other things, which was okay. But when it came to my large popcorn chicken, why bother using a large popcorn chicken box if you’re only going to fill it three-quarters full? I paid for a large, but they literally gave me a regular portion in a large box. Very disappointing.

Love the people music and the overall inierment 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I have not been to KFC for a long time and judging by their latest advertising campaign I won’t be going there anytime soon.

Has anyone seen the supposed chicken that looks remarkably like a rooster lay a golden egg? Is this pushing woke too far? 😂😂😂
