I will never order here again. Order wrong. Quality bucks. The only thing that had flavor was the wings.

My experience with customer service was great. The staff was quick and helpful when I ordered.

We ordered a LG. Pan Pizza it was soggy with too much sauce and floppy where you needed a fork. The crust that used to be a PAN pizza must no longer exist because it appears to be Traditional. We were disappointed with the Pizza we got.

I ordered two large pizza today today is it's the 3rd of September 2026 I ordered the pizza right around 1:30 2:00 p.m. I ordered five toppings on two large pizzas, I ordered extra cheese on one then crust, the toppings were very apparently and in between you could hardly see them, and I never received extra cheese the bread was dry it's like the pizza had been sitting up and someone didn't come and get them and they just warmed them up and gave them to me I could have checked them at the store but I didn't purposely because I did not plan on going back ever so why check it if I get home and I can't trust them I'm not going to buy anything from anyone I can't trust anyway I am done with Pizza Hut there will be no more ordering ever there's two other many good companies out there selling pizza to deal with this crap.

Had a lovely experience at the Dartford branch. The customer experience was amazing from Pragathi

I don't know if Pizza Hut changed it's sauce or what, but it is very sweet and just unpleasant. Did not enjoy and will be searching for another pizza chain.

Kyle was very nice and made sure my order was accurate

I ordered online for the russessville al location and when picked up my order was greeted at the window with a smile as well my food was piping hot

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food on 8-19-26 for delivery on the website from store 22455 shore center drive 44123
I waited over an hr and at almost an hr and half later I called the store that the website said and the person who answered the phone, rudely told me there were no drivers and I would have to pick my food up.
Well first I dont drive and second I already paid for delivery and third the website should know that or that particular store should have called me..
Instead when I told them its been an hr and a half I'd like to cancel and get my money back, this employeed proceeded to tell me "he didn't take my damn money" and when i asked to speak to a manager I was told "thats me"
I said well then I'd like my money back and I was told, "go to the website for that it wasn't me you paid"
So I couldn't cancel my order and I never recieved it. I have been trying to reach "customer service" for a week now and there is no one to talk to other than the people on chat that say "I will pass this up to the higher ups" its been over a week and I want my 40 dollars back.
No one person has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous. And that "manager" should be fired!

This is the 4th time we’ve used Pizza Hut Lewisham for a party, and we honestly can’t fault them! We use them at other times too and they’re always great.

The food is always delivered on time and everything is correct, even though we usually have at least one order that needs altering. With the bigger party orders, the communication is really good too, which makes the whole day so much easier knowing the food is sorted and we can rely on it arriving when it should.

Honestly, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! 🍕😊

they canceled my order i’m starving here they really hurt my feelings

The man answering the phone for our delivery was absolutely horrible. We were flabbergasted by the immense rude attitude towards his customers, we asked what sides he recommended and he responded with a blunt response of why don’t you look at the menu for yourselves. I didn’t expect such unpleasant service- won’t be ordering again.

Very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. When we called to place our order, the man who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and grumpy throughout the conversation. He gave us attitude while we were simply trying to order our food and made the whole experience unnecessarily unpleasant.
There was no reason for the attitude or lack of professionalism, especially when speaking to customers. We were genuinely upset after the call because of how we were treated. Customer service should be polite and respectful, regardless of how busy or stressed staff may be.
Hopefully this can be addressed, as customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to place an order. What a joke that staff are supposed to be professional and even kind when giving customer service, gutted.

Pizza Hut has great food and reasonable prices. They are clean and their employees are very nice

We had a great evening at Pizza hut at the Barbican retail park, Plymouth. We were served by a lovely lady called Maggie. She worked out the best deal for our needs and looked after us all evening with a lovely smile. Pizza was hot and delicious, salad on the house was cool and refreshing. All in all a lovely family meal. I rate them 10 out of 10.

I went to the 732 East Cumberland st Lebanon pa the food was wonderful.

They are always on point when I door dash there and always keep me up to date on my order

They have recently discontinued the pesto/balsamic and veggie pizza flaatz which was the best combination! So disappointed as being a vegetarian there’s not very much options available. Service is good and consistent shame about the offerings and discontinuation of some of their best pizzas
