Why order for delivery when you are told its 11 mins away when it turns up 45 mins later.

Complaints handling process

The staff was horrible at Mountain View McDonald. Firstly, when I asked them for half regular half spicy, they said no but the other one in Sunnyvale said yes kindly. Then when o asked for the white foam on my Dr Pepper like the dirty Dr Pepper they said no. Even when I asked the manager. And my dad paid for only soda and the packaging was not good and different than the Sunnyvale one.

My wife and I went for a meal at the McDonald's in Algona, Iowa. All condiments, utensils, etc. had been moved behind the counter. After being served, my wife noticed that there was just a touch of mustard on her burger. She asked if I would get some mustard, or sauce, or something to add to her sandwich. I went to the counter and waited to be served. I stood there for a minimum of 5 minutes, and no one came from the kitchen. I then stepped behind the counter and picked up the condiments she requested.
Upon returning to our table, a woman (manager?) had followed me to the table. She inform me that I cannot go behind the counter. If I need something, I was to "go to the counter and yell really loud, and someone will come and assist me". Yell really loud? Real class!

Ive been to the same McDonald's for the past 25 years and with in the past 5 years the burger meat has always been raw the frys undercooked and all of the food has grease dripping out of it and tast like cardboard I do not recommend this place Beebe arkansas

The food is cold and terrible. Fries were cold and limp.

The food tastes pretty good, I'll give them that. I feel like it's quite unhealthy and poor quality though. I worked there for almost 2 years, which gave me a behind the scenes look as well as allowing me to eat there frequently due to the free employee meals. I appreciate that they fed their employees during work, but those meals caused me to pack on the pounds even though I became more active while I was there from being up on my feet all day. A couple things I noticed while I was there was that the oil they use for frying was cloudy and thick at room temperature. I don't want to think about what this was doing to my blood vessels. The meat was still bloody when it came off the grill. The most unpleasant thing I witnessed was how they handle old food items. During the training, the videos I had to watch said that we set a timer when the food is cooked and then discard it if it hasn't been sold once the timer is up. However, it was not at all like that in practice. When I was newly out of training, I went to throw away some meat when the timer went off, but the manager stopped me and said to just reset the timer.

Experience is very location dependent. Some locations will have fresh food and it will be well seasoned. Other locations will serve you cold, soggy, unsalted fries.

Waited 40 minutes for food that didn't arrive... Had to leave for urgent job. I hope that you enjoy the £11.08 that you stole from me on 13.08.26 at 13:55 McDonald's team valley.

Literally 9t8mes out of 10 my order is messed up, or my food is nasty and hard, I literally once a a blue moon actually get decent food, but after today, I am absolutely done, plus customer service is horrible. I only go because it's cheap and convenient location from my work, only thing that's good are wait times and that's because stuff is left under the heat lamps or however they do it,

Back in the day, I loved having a Mcdonalds. It was reasonably priced and not a bad treat.

So I decided to treat a family member on our way home. So we went to a drive thru. No menu's to choose anything.

We ordered. The customer service was OK but I can say that was memorable. Asking for some water for the puppy appeared to be an issue because we had to wait for that.

So I glance at my bill and the whole bill for 2 meal deals with milkshakes almost £18!!! Extortion to say the least. Then I check my bill again to find the sneaky £1.80 charges they slapped on for the milkshakes!!!

Something I was pretty angry about when I have already paid enough. So where I used to have choice, I now have choice with a pricetag!!!
Disgusting. Also those charges are not clearly explained so you can amend your order.

The food quality was severely lacking and not enjoyable, the burgers fall apart with the cheap bread rolls they use. Chips way too salty and the shake was horrible. Quite frankly not worth it.

I would have happily challenged the whole experience but felt that actually it would be better leave a review instead.

So the bottom line for me as a historical customer of Mcdonalds, I won't be stepping thru your doors again!

Always giving me medium fries, total BS. I order Large and they are always half filled. Next time I’m not moving until I inspect each bag. Use to be a place where it brought joy and happiness, now it’s frustrating and disappointing.

Didn’t get my order right I had to drive back to McDonald

I stopped by for a quick bite on my lunch break, hoping for a satisfying meal. The staff was friendly, but that’s about where the positives ended. I ordered a Big Mac and fries, which took longer than expected to arrive — over ten minutes just to get my food, even with only a few people ahead of me. When my order finally came, I found the fries were lukewarm at best, and the burger was a bit messy compared to what I usually expect from McDonald's. It felt like it had been thrown together without much care. The dining area was also pretty messy, with tables that needed cleaning. I get that places can get busy, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way. Overall, it was just a letdown, especially since I usually enjoy my meals here. I don't know if I’ll be back anytime soon after this experience; it just didn’t live up to the usual standards I associate with McDonald's.

I was really looking forward to grabbing a quick bite, but my visit to McDonald's was pretty disappointing. The fries were lukewarm and not as crispy as I remember, which was a letdown. I got a Big Mac, too, and it just didn’t have that fresh taste I used to enjoy. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before they served it to me, making the whole meal less enjoyable. I also had to wait longer than expected in the drive-thru, which is especially annoying when you’re in a hurry. They weren’t even that busy, so I’m not sure what the hold-up was. The staff seemed kind of rushed and not super friendly either, which added to the frustrating experience. I’ve had much better meals from this chain in the past, so I guess I just expected more this time around. At the end of the day, it was okay, but not great. I might think twice about going back if it’s always gonna be like this. It’s a shame because I used to love their food, but now, I feel like I need to reconsider my options for fast food. Hopefully, the next visit goes better, but I’m not holding my breath.

Went in optimistic after seeing the ratings and ended up regretting the order. Customer support was slow to respond and didn't really resolve my issue. Hard to recommend based on how this went.

We went to Buxton, Station Road Mac Donald’s. Food was alright and was served quickly but cleaning service lacked and sick was on the floor for a whole 20mins. Also, most of the tables were covered in leftovers. It was one of the worst MDs that we have ever been to. But, there was one very friendly man who looked like he was working hard.

what happened to the large fries? we drove thru and got a shake and large fries. when we got the order and looked inside the bag, i thought it was a mistake they handed me a small fries. i asked the rep and said that was the large fries so i looked again and it says large fries on the white bag but the quantity is small.

what happened to the red large container that it usually comes with an order of the large fries?

Once again McDonalds doesn't fail to disappoint. I don't usually eat fast foods except for breakfasts. Just a very simple meal, what can go wrong? Well, this morning I got the worst biscuit sandwich I have ever gotten. Credit where credit is due, the biscuit itself was good. But the meat was the worst piece I think I have ever been sold to eat. The meal was a steak egg and cheese biscuit. The first time I ever had this meal (10 or 12 years ago) was great. A generous sized piece of meat about 3/8" thick, juicy with a generous serving of juicy onion. Forget those days. It has gradually deteriorated in flavor until it hit rock bottom today. It was about 1/8" thick. It was dry, the edges were hard, and the middle had a generous portion of gristle. I did eat the whole thing, thinking it would get better. Nope.
