IKEA could do with some lessons from you. Flat pack, what a nightmare,BUT NO. Everything neatly packed, instructions that a non DIY er can understand. A friend helped me to build the shed, he is now thinking of getting one himself. WHAT BETTER Recommendation can you get.

Had missing part for a Keter product brought via Argos. Left review on 26/8 amd emailed Keter regarding that issue. Received phone call next morning from Peter T who understood my issues with call centre trying to get missing part and acknowledged it and said would investigate. I have confidence this will happen. Offered compensation and today received missing part as agreed, Great after service and hope Call Centre issues are resolved soon

I purchased the cortina Mega shed.
I purchased the cortina Mega shed.
It is a piece of rubbish and a waste of money. Non of the walls lined up with the corner pieces, It is a flimsy cheap product and yet you are charged a premium price.
My advice is to not purchase this shed as it just does not line up to screw the parts in correctly.
I will be leaving all my boxes under a tarp and throwing this piece of rubbish away.

Told me there is no email for Customer Care
STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE AFTER BEING TOLD TO EMAIL ON 1st SEPTEMBER - I had a query with the picture on the box & the instructions not matching the finished product when put together. The hinges show on the outside when fitted but not on the picture. This creates a gap between the door and inner panel so wanted clarifying so called and was told an email would be sent so I could respond and explain in writing. I have sent pictures and a full explanation. I explained clearly that I don’t even know if I need other parts and was still asked what parts I needed 3 times. I asked who else I can contact as in customer support and have been told they can’t provide me with another email address. Other than asking the bank to refund my payment until I get an answer not sure what else I can do.

Incorrect information given…
I asked Keter to confirm if the guttering kit would fit my Oakland shed and was told it would, however it does not fit the front as it stops the doors opening, so information was incorrect. They did however quickly arrange a collection to return the item although not yet refunded

Keter Capri 305L Storage Box - not worth it
The first box that arrived was difficult to put together - the pieces kept popping out of their slots. I finally got it together only to find the base separating quite a distance from the sides.
Keter sent a replacement base but the same issue happened.
Keter sent a completely new box. While this was a little easier to put together the base is still separated from the sides.
I had to purchase black plastic to line the base to be able to use it outside.
I asked Keter to pick up the first box and they refused unless it was deconstructed and packed in original packaging. This was not possible - the pieces would not come apart other than the base.
I also asked for a partial refund for the base issues in the second box and to cover the plastic cost - that was ignored.
I would not recommend the box or the company.

Very easy to use the Keter website and place your order.

Great product and delivery
We have just bought the Store It Out Midi 880L storage box from their website. We have already bought a larger Keter box and were happy with that product so it was no surprise this box was as good. Sturdy and large enough to store recycling and rubbish bins out of sight. The price was cheaper than any other site as it was on sale and it had free delivery.
The delivery was quick and painless so thanks to DX. I would definitely buy products from them again.

Ordered a meter shed from Robert dyas
Ordered a meter shed from Robert dyas. One part of the door was faulty and one part snapped as you put it on. Phoned customer service who apologized but heard nothing from them for 10 days unless l phoned them. Told me to take the shed apart and put back in original boxes and they would send a new one out. I'm 73 year old woman and paid for it to be erected. Now they want me to pay for it to be dismantled and then pay again for it to be erected. Robert dyas are now saying my case is closed and keter are not getting back. Just want 2parts.

They had the wrong address and despite telling them the correct one, they delivered it somewhere else twice. Then I had to wait again as it had to go to a different delivery depot. Fortunately, I saw the van arrive because the driver was about to take it back as it still had the wrong address on it.
