This company is a scam. Ordered Garden storage box all looked legit, but after the initial order confirmation no dispatched or delivery confirmation emails received as you would expect.Looked online to find I was not alone.Raised a dispute thru Amex and have received a refund.

ATTEMPTED TO TAKE 2 PAYMENTS FROM 2 DIFFERENT BANKS FOR THE SAME GOODS - LINKED TO A COMPANY CALLED WIZ in TOOLS AS THE FUNDS WERE BEING DIRECTED TO THE SAME (OFFSHORE) COMPANY

Same as everyone else but did not go through with the purchase. They still stole my details and charged me even though I did not confirm the purchase because I checked the reviews and erased the information before confirming.

Ordered Air Con at £199, nothing happened, contacted Nat West CC and money was returned within 48H. You have been warned about Trevion.

Do not use this company, scammers. No goods and no responses to communications.

Thos company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. The fact that my bank refunded my payment in full within minutes of reporting the matter tells me they are well known to the banks.

Ordered a shed £300 for sons new house. No correspondence at all, despite my emails etc. Their advertised phone number is unrecognised ! If trevion reading this, I hope your happy leaving folk broke, who work hard etc to do nice things, for eg; buying shed for son, it's a long road without a turning, and somehow, someday, you will be paid back !!!!! On the positive side, my bank was able to retrieve my money 😊

I've been scammed out of £199 for air con unit too. This page needs shutting down! Giving Shopify a bad name as I will no longer use them after this! I have never used them till now so a very bad first experience. I am currently arguing with virgin money bank for my money back.

cant believe i fell for this scam, should have thought the fact they had air-conditioning in stock was too good to be true, ordered 3 over £500, fortunately i paid by credit card, in processes of getting my money back, no response to emails, the actual transaction was someone in france, not even the uk totally different name

I ordered an item but it wasn't sent. Tried phone.e.mail. nothing.They are nothing but thieving scum. Don't know how they get away with it. There must be a way to stop the toe rags.

!!Absolute scam!! Ordered an air conditioning unit paid £200 and never received it. Emails are being ignored and no legit contact number. Very frustrating as I’m currently pregnant during a heatwave 😭 trying to get my money back through the bank

LIKE AN IDIOT I GOOGLED THE PRODUCT REVIEWS AND NOT THE WEBSITE REVIEWS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A PRODUCT. IT NOW MAKES SENSE WHY THEY WERE HE ONLY PEOPLE THAT HAD THE ITEM IN STOCK. CLAIMED IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 6 DAYS.

Dangerous company.
They took the money, never sent you anything. On the same day I ordered, my credit card was added to Google Pay on an Android phone. No one uses Android phone in my family. Luckily the credit card company found something wrong and blocked my cards, so no further stealing from my card.
Loads of this kind of scam companies on Google.

Phone number doesnt work, refuse to answer emails they do not send the products you buy. Do not under any circumstances buy from this website it is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! What ever they are selling avoid. Its a waste of time you wont be able to contact anyone and left with no refund, no product

I would not recommend this company. I paid £199.99 for an air conditioner, but I have never received it. They took my money and have not delivered the item or resolved the issue.
It's also disappointing that Shopify allows businesses like this to operate on its platform. Buyers should be very careful before ordering from this company.

I ordered a portable air conditioner and there is no tracker, no correspondence from seller, tried to call and mobile number does not exist. Emailed so many times. Just total Scam!
Do not order from this seller!
I had to go to my bank to recover my money.
They should not be trading as they do not exist!

These people are scammers, they take your money but never deliver the goods, have reported These people to my bank for fraud
