GREAT MERCHANDICE AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES AND QUICK SHIP I HOPE

I bought two lamps, but the quality is nothing like what is shown in the photos on the website. I have tried to return them, but it is virtually impossible. The phone number provided on the website appears to be fake, and they do not respond to emails.

In practice, this website appears to be a scam. I strongly advise against buying from them.

I’m just being truthful. The whole ordering process was simple. It’s all about the length to receive the tracking number, the time it takes to receive the order, & how the product works….After all then I can honestly give an honest opinion…Asking an opinion before receiving the full service doesn’t make the review honest.

The area I struggled with was, tax is added on at the end. I would prefer to know the final price and not feel like it’s trying to con me making it appear cheaper.

Portable SSD Purchase – Misleading Advertising & Unresolved Refund from Decorsdeluxe

I purchased two “Portable SSD” devices on 27 May 2026 for $198.89. As of 4 September 2026, I still have not received any response regarding my refund request. Both devices were unusable: the QR code linked to a non existent app, and neither my laptop nor my iPhone recognised the drives. The items appeared cheaply made and did not match the advertised product.

Throughout June, I had to repeatedly explain the situation to multiple representatives, providing photos and videos to demonstrate the faults. Despite clearly declining replacements, they continued offering them. Their only proposed resolutions were:
• A 10% refund if I kept the defective items, or
• A 50% store credit restricted to their own products.

This is inconsistent with their advertised “30 day refund if you’re not satisfied” policy. The process for obtaining a proper refund is unnecessarily difficult, especially with returns being directed to China.

After weeks of unproductive communication, I reluctantly accepted the 50% store credit. As of 4 September 2026, I have still not received it, and the company has not responded since June.

I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing portable hard drives from this seller. The products are not as advertised, customer support is extremely difficult to deal with, and the refund policy is misleading. I will update this review if the store credit is ever issued.

Attention to Decorsd Deluxe: I emailed your Customer Service Team as instructed. I have received no response, including in my junk folder. I will not remove my review until the agreed 50% store credit is provided.

Obviously the price. If the product proves to be as good as advertised, you will get more business in the future. Real bargains have a dramatic impact on buyers, something they brag about. What’s better than someone bragging about your products and services???

I received a partial order and requested the cancellation and refund for the rest of the order not yet shipped. They have not acknowledged my email at all.

This is the most fraudulent company I have ever used online. Please please do not have any dealings with this company. I bought an 'air conditioning' fan for £95. When it eventually arrived it was much smaller than the photograph showed and it wouldn't even switch on. When I complained and asked for a returns label and a full refund they simply emailed me with silly offers of a 10% refund and I could keep the fan that didn't work, then a 20% refund, then a 30% refund, then said I would have to pay varying amounts in Euros to return the faulty item to China for a full refund. I lost trust in the company and refused to pay anything. I gave up emailing and contacted Mastercard who refunded me. DecorsDeluxe conned me into buying something that was not as described, not fit for purpose and simply didn't work. I am not sending the faulty item back to them unless they send a free shipping label. Failing that it will be going to the local recycling centre!

The promise of returns in 30 days with a refund is misleading and a lie. Product I purchased was faulty. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple contacts through the website requesting a return label and refund and they have never gotten back to me. Do not use Decorsdeluxe.

Air conditioning unit is shown as the hight of a sofa in reality it’s 11 inches high and cost £94. Luckily I purchased it with PayPal and they refunded my money. It then cost me £27 to post back to China. Avoid this company!!!

Please, please, please do not purchase anything from DECORSDELUXE if you value your sanity! They are absolute fraudsters. I ordered a portable air conditioner unit and they sent me a cooling fan. After weeks of emails back and forth whereby I was told they had sent me a “SIMILAR” product so all was well, I was then told I could have a refund. This was on the basis I paid for carriage (25 - 50 euros) despite them sending me the wrong product. I had to raise the issue as a disputed transaction with my credit card as I was getting nowhere with Decorsdeluxe and the case has now been found in my favour.
