Ordered online the item Arrived damaged was a nightmare to sort, product is good wouldn’t recommend buying online would rather go in store wanted to order stuff online with a discount, but out of stock so sadly
Couldn’t order when it was back in stock the price had changed, love the product not the service !!!

Bought shed for garden top quality will last for years

Minimum email telling me my return package would be picked up on Saturday between 8am and 6pm. No one turned up.

I ordered a shed from Keter. From the point of order to delivery,I was kept up to date with the progress. Super efficient service. I was contacted by phone to arrange a convenient delivery date. So good to have the personal touch.The two delivery drivers were excellent, kept me fully informed on the day.Best experience of online ordering. I felt like a valued customer. Great product too. Highly recommended.

Goods not delivered on stated day. No message from DX no idea when the delivery is due.

Order arrived damaged and trying to get responses from customer support is a joke. I’ve been told the part damaged that I’ve asked to be replaced isn’t in stock so i need to return the product. Waiting all week for a response and nothing. Looks like I’ll have to do a chargeback unfortunately.

Not a good look for new customers.

Prices on the site were competitive with other retailers. Products arrived within stated time and courier company were careful. The garden storage benches we bought are good.

Brought a plastic shed. Arrived quicker than expected. The quality is very good. But surprised at how light the panels are. I used OBS to put the jigsaw puzzle together due too my disability. There were very helpful and and advised and constructed a wooden base for the shed . I can’t stress the importance of a good flat surface for the base of the shed. At the end of the day they left the area nice and tidy

I received my order and two chairs were broken.After contacting keter about this there has been no response 2 weeks later.

Great product. Watertight.Arrived intact and quick delivery. Easy to assemble but as with any flatpack one has to recheck each step before moving on to the next, as it is so easy to fix a part the wrong way round

This new Keter box has made my garden so much tidier as it holds all my recycling bags, keeping them clean and out of sight. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong colour as I ordered green but grey arrived. Actually grey is a better colour so not a problem. The delivery was very quick and my friend’s partner very kindly put it all together for me.

The shed l bought was delivered quickly and I was informed on the time slot which helped a lot, very efficient from start to finish. Good quality shed with easy to follow instructions.

It looks great but the instructions of the assembly is not in details. We spent over 7 hrs to assemble it.

Good product but flimsy packaging. Arrived broken, but I was able to glue back together.
